I think they should let the channel go. It was specific towards Leslie. And she bought a certain something to the class not that this girl isn’t a good yoga teacher. It’s just not the same. No disrespect just I think it’s time to move on.
I loved this class... I love that Courtney paused and gave me time to do what felt good to my body at the end... How did she know that I was often pausing Lesley's classes to fit in a pigeon pose? I love that her practices keep a flow like Lesley's but she awoke different muscles for me and gave different cues or reminders to focus on areas that I may not have paid attention to before. This class has opened me up to doing more practice with Courtney!

Thank you for this lovely outdoor practice! I loved the setting - if’s a dreary grey day where I am, so the beach background was a nice addition to this well-rounded practice

If you go back to some of Courtney’s earlier videos, she plays Lesley giving the ending quote or poem during savasana. Keep a tissue box nearby. ❤

I loved the many repetitions of the modified sun salutations at the beginning; it really allowed me to get into a meditative state! Thank you!
