Dr. Grundy, you are one of a few: when you don't know something you say; "I don't know" or "I am not sure"! Thank you very much for being humble and please continue your excellent work. God Bless you.

I’m one of those who did Stem Cells in my knees and you’re right! It wasn’t until I took care of the root cause that I felt better. I’ve been following the Plant Paradox since 2017. Feel so much better and no longer suffer with fibromyalgia or arthritis pain. Are there days when it flares up. Very rare and if it does, it not debilitating and, I can usually pin point diet contributions to cause the flare up.

    Dear Dr Gundry! :)
Been perusing your channel for about a week and Im quite intrigued with the stuff you're talking about. Going to try Plant Paradox soon! However, I do have a number of questions for you, hope these won't pass by amiss:)
    1) Dairy.
I live in Russia, is there any way to learn whether or not a certain type of dairy is A1 or A2? I do drink a lot of milk to be honest (coffee-addict; love the taste of coffee+milk), so this one is going to be harsh. Usually I use Valio 1,5%. How bad is it?
Also, I do eat a lot of good quality cottage cheese 5%, should I get rid of that too?
    2) Nuts.
What do you think of pistachios? Can I eat pat-dried almonds?
    3) Soy.
I use a fairly significant amount of this product. Namely soy sauce and soy cheese (tofu) due to high-protein properties. Should one avoid soy products whatsoever or there're some ways to consume them?
    4) If my goal is to gain muscles and lose weight, in how much time should I eat and what should I eat after a training (exercises+cardio/ just exercises/ just cardio)?
Should I keep myself hungry for at least 2-3 hours or should I eat within the first 40 mins?
I usually eat some protein like cottage cheese or omelette after the training.
Can I exercise and do cardio while fasting? Or should I arrange my fasting so that I'd go to the gym after my eating window? Does it matter resultwise?
    5) I have a thyriod disfucntion, is intermittent fasting okay for me?
    6) what do you think of Leptitox?

Very informative, isn’t wearing a mask all day long decreasing the oxygen intake, therefore increases the chance of Alzheimer disease? I am just wondering, I my gut feeling says that wearing this it is not healthy in any way. I do feel very fatigued at the end of the day 😏 , after having to wear 😷it all day long.

I saw your first conversation in 2017 about this topic and I do not recall to have seen this angle of Alzheimers disgussed in media or newspapers that reach the general public here in Iceland.
    Or I have Alzheimers :).
Well everything is upside down about flu that nobody in my town died from but I believe already few died this year from this disease and my good friends mother is on its end stages.

My doctor had no idea what cognoscopy meant. She wouldn’t even give me a test for the apoe4; she said it wasn’t needed unless someone had symptoms first! I ended up using 23 and me to get the test.

Dr Gundry. What a great video. Now as per my knowledge which I gathered after watching various videos of ur channel, for Dementia, Parkinson etc , possible r partial cure is
    1./Inhalation of Hydrogen Gas
    2. Drinking Morocco based Olive oil 1 spoon which highly rich in Hydtoxy Tyrosol
    3. Taking Glutathione r NAC+ Taurine suppliments.
Kindly comment in this Dr Gundry
    Thanks n regards
    Love from India

Also, Dr G I would love to see a podcast series of your at home routines. I bet you take a time of supplements and it would be so interesting to see which ones and see how you start and end your day and what metrics of health you track all day and your exercise regimen. Plus meet your canines and wife😁.

@@leelambert440 Yes. The stomach needs to be acidic to digest food. If it's too alkaline you get so-called "acid reflux."
The stomach has an acid PH ranging from 1.5 to 3.5.
If you drink alkaline water, the body has to work harder to adjust the PH balance in the stomach to the correct level.
Every area of the body has its own PH number, and the body knows how to keep it as it should be.
The blood has a PH range of 7.35 to 7.45. The body usually maintains blood PH at 7.40
Give the body the nutrients it needs, and it will do a good job of maintaining correct PH levels in all areas.
