I love how these guys are able to communicate with each other, I regard them as being on the very cutting edge of what the science is for human health, do they know everything that there is ? Probably not, but this is the type of conversations that need to take place. Eventually things will progress and we will know how to treat ourselves to great health and live a long useful life, so thankfull for people who are truly honest and have a concern for there fellow humans.

@@HungLe-ih8yk Been this way of eating 2 yrs. now. I can't eat broccoli or romaine according to Dr. Gundry Food reactive test and he says some can't take those as well as vanilla, almonds, eggs (me) and me...coconut, blueberries, cinnamon. I just have "leaky" gut and thankful no other major health problems at 64 but I know "it is enough". I do have some arthritis in my hands. Kimchi little on the spicy side for me. He also said I am whey/casein reactive so no dairy but I have been drinking grass fed only kefir from a local dairy and just starting goat kefir. Fermented he said will be okay "for some". But I need to begin "fermented" compliant veggies and not have so much "good" carbs. Fruit, less root veggies, honey in my fruit, kefir. The fact that our bodies are so complex and work together so well together, sending complex messages to each other and working the way they do, even though so tiny just absolutely points to God. I just am seeing this to the degree that I am by watching this episode. My mind is blown. There is no way we just happened by a chaotic chance of space explosion 💥. We are made by a very intelligent mind. There has to be intelligence behind this. A tornado doesn’t build a house as it spins by, not even once… no way we just by chance ended here. Wow!
❤ ps. Today I am Thankful for my ADD mind that constantly jumps around to what seems like unrelated topics, usually getting me to points like “i wonder who will be the last person in the future to say my name…”

Thanks for covering the microbiome. I have diabetes that is pretty well controlled A1C 5.2 but it is still Insidious and does it damage but I haven't watched all of this yet, and Dr Hyman I apologize for writing a note about functional medicine should give more back as far as poverty patients goes but there are lots of books out there and resources. It would just be nice if it was more affordable to go to functional doctors for some of us anyway I have essential tremors and the chair of Neurology at University of Alabama at Birmingham a few months ago shared with me that there was some promising news as far as research with it as far as the microbiome but he didn't go into detail which specific strains obviously, he said the hard part is proving it? Essential tremors is a cousin to Parkinson's and it's a nightmare having it because I have internal tremors. Is there any help for me out there as far as the microbiome as far as the connection with movement disorders. I know you mentioned Dementia or Alzheimer's at the beginning. Leaving out beans would be difficult for me to do as far as having healthy carbs. Beans and sweet potatoes are my staple carbs but I don't need any bread anyway sorry I made this so long and hopefully I get some helpful responses.

Irene Lyon, a nervous system specialist on RUclips is a great resource for this. I also have diabetes and believe mine is from developmental trauma that shaped the nervous system from childhood. Best wishes. 💖

I'm really surprised you'd interview Gundry. He's such a pompous quack.

Not a fan of Gundry and his olive oil thats overly exaggerated elite prices. Gth With your prices bruh lol bruh i cant stand a guy trying to ring people out to dry with prices of goods. Hes not trying to help hes wantta more money with his not from Africa oil... Also im tired of hearing no beans/legumes your crazy man..this is a staple in many Mediterranean and other countries diets

My holistic dentist told me Dr. Gundry’s diet is the best. I never thought that before because I was fighting mold toxicity and was just doing Doug Kauffman’s diet. I eat no gluten, dairy, very little sugar, and bad carbs and oils. My autoimmune diseases are well controlled, but now I am fighting severe Lyme infections. I can’t seem to catch a break, but I’ve also seen people who are suffering and eating poor diets, so I’m sure I’d be much worse than I am! 🩷
