I never had a test for a leaky gut but I am sure I had it. I was trying to fix it by eating, oatmeal, and salad with my fresh cherries tomatoes, bell peppers, and eggplant. Oh, Almonds and Cashews I would eat them by the pound. In fact, I was eating all the stuff that Dr. Gundry said I should not when thinking I was doing the best thing eating this "Health Fooda". One day after a big plate of granola with pumpkin seeds I got sick to my stomach for a week. I thought I would never be able to drink red wine again as it really hurt my stomach. I then followed Dr Gundry's non-lectin diet and felt better in just a couple weeks. I can now enjoy a whole bottle of red wine without any issues. This radical change in my diet has cured me. Thank you, Dr Gundry!

This one I can certainly attest to. I had a WBC of 3,100. I was sent to a blood cancer center. They found out I had the EBV. They wanted to take bone marrow for further investigation-I said NO. I took matters into my own hands and did the Autoimmune Diet (AIP) for two weeks. Guess what ..my WBC came back up into the normal range. We check another two weeks on the diet and still my WBC was well within the normal range. This hadn’t happened in a year! I was always low. Just WOW! The more you know.

I mixed olive oil and apple cider vinegar in a container. When the olive oil rises to the top of the vinegar, does it take any of the properties of the vinegar that helps mitochondria unlink from each other or does the vinegar take away the properties from the olive oil? What happens?

Zinc lozenges for a sore throat I presume. I use Colloidal Silver at 20 ppm and it kills a sore throat by the time I finish spraying 7 squirts down my throat. I repeat when the sore throat comes back usually 3 times per day and in anout 2 days no more sore throat - I also spray my sinuses during this process.
