As viewers interested in our health we could really use a 3 day conference on YT that has many of the top YT Dr's PhD's because there is such a difference in opinion between them on some of the major topics such as protein, red meat, vegetables etc... so a 3 day round table discussion will allow for viewers to see their top Dr's PhD's learn from one another and provide viewers with a better understanding of what they should or should not be eating etc...

It’s just crazy how they market whole grain products as the healthy alternative, that we should eat nuts and beans. People try to eat ‘healthy’ vegetables (that are night shades) and all their efforts destroy their health and leave them with autoimmunity. Hopefully now (with correct information) people can heal
Dr Gundry, thanks a lot for the wonderful information A question: What brand of Lutein you recommend, there are lots of different types and brands. Some have soybean oil, others sunflower oil. Some with coconut oil but very low amount of lutein and is vegan from marigold flower, besides has Zeaxanthin, which don’t know if this compound is ok. How many grams per day? Thanks!
Dr. Gundry recommends some bread replacements. There are videos about them I believe. If you ask me they are too complicated. My success in gut salvation was by praying first for guidance, switching to low carb but high plant matter for some months adding cheeses especially sheep’s and olive oil, reducing bread, noodles and so on altogether. As soon as You really feel better You bypass the bread shelf with a smile. And I warn You about oxalic acid, there is a book from Sally K. Norton. A leaky gut lets all the oxalic acid from sweet potato, nuts and dark chocolate through into the blood stream. Oh sorry You were asking about which bread are worse than the other.
Provocative title. You have to give Dr Gundry credit for sticking it out there. I mean I bet he gets it from all sides, and just keeps on smiling. Right on. One correction I would like to see is that we don't say fructose is the cause of fatty liver disease but sugar(fructose) and alcohol. Thanks!
I’m confused. Dr. Gundry says he recommends timed release vitamin C twice a day, and in the very next sentence he says he takes that C four times a day.
Heal Your Gut!! Dr. Gundry takes care of his gut! All advice is *poo* if Your gut is inflamed, damaged, dysbiose and leaky. I am not sure if you should use as much Vitamin C with a yet *leaky* gut. One of the Nr. 1 priorities as far as I understood is to repair the mucus layer. Feed the bacteria with appropriate Fiber, Stop consuming emulsifiers…
Twice a day normally, four times a day during flu season or when you are coming down with the sniffles 🤦🏼♂️ Same as what he says about vitamin D: 5k IUs ordinarily, bump it up to 10k during flu season.
So did I. Follow Dr Gundry.. follow his yes list and take the vitamins. You may have to get tested for food sensitivity. I have been doing it for 4 years now.. I know longer take anything for RA also my Rheumatologist said to keep what I’m doing. I asked her why don’t they tell people to change the way they eat and her answer was they don’t make money.
I heard the body repairs itself in priorities. That would mean fully repairing the lungs is not the priority yet. My main recommendation is to pray to our maker for guidance. We need more than diet, vitamins, exercise and sunlight. We need love, kind words, forgiveness, empathy…
i have a dry scalp after 2 weeks on the diet . how or what can i use for shampoo? also theres a research that ecuadorian man got long male parts. their diet is green plantains what can we learn from this ?
great advice , God bless you

Good reminders Dr. Gundry. Plus how and what white blood cells are all about. Makes sense.
What type of breads are better to eat?
Dr. Gundry recommends some bread replacements. There are videos about them I believe. If you ask me they are too complicated. Regular vitamin c vitamins arent time releasing, therefore must be taken 4 times per day.
He takes sustained release c 4x a day. He recommends taking sustained release 2x a day

The guy that is 110 years old say's ' he drank lots of milk in his past and drinks it everyday. He puts Ovaltine in it at times. LOL LOL
You’re not thinking of all the thousands of people who didn’t make it, who you can’t hear from now. One outlier does not make a pattern
I take prednisone daily. How do I help my immune system . Thank you
Are you suffering from autoimmune disease?
Yes

I caught H1N1 years ago and my lungs have never felt the same since .....

You might try quercetin for lung inflammation. It's a highly studied bioflavenoid. It helps a lot of folks, including myself.

Did You stop surgery drinks maybe? Maybe You have to drink more water regularly as a replacement. But don’t overdo water also.
Yeah like we don't know the "real" reason... (like they are fake and we don't even know the real ingredients in them... ) Pure evil
