Ginger is generally considered beneficial for digestive health, including conditions like leaky gut. It has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that may help soothe the digestive tract, reduce inflammation, and support overall gut health. Ginger also promotes the production of digestive enzymes and can improve motility, which helps with digestion. However, individuals with certain digestive issues, like severe gastritis or acid reflux, might experience discomfort from ginger because of its natural heat and spiciness. There isn't strong evidence to suggest that ginger is harmful to people with leaky gut, but it's always a good idea to listen to your body and consult a healthcare professional if you have concerns. In moderation, ginger is more likely to support gut healing than harm it.

Is goat cheese from the U.S. considered aged or fermented?
Buy raw cheese. Some states require minimum 60 day aging for selling raw cheese
Lets have the whole picture Lectins are negated by cooking. thus alowing all the nutrition we grew up on. Plus I have eaten weetbix and milk for 70 years. Still on NO MEDS Lets recognise that temperate lifestyle are all part of the big picture
SOME PEOPLE SMOKE CIGARETTES FOR A HUNDRED YEARS , SO THEY MUST BE HEALTHY
Finally somebody with some intellect
I knew there was a reason I didn’t like spinach. Ha But I like potatoes. Never felt poorly after eating potatoes.
Does Beer contain Lectins/Gluten? Because manufacturer use Barley or Malt or Wheat to make Beer !
Yes it does
It gets heated though
All the foods you recommend are all or mostly all high fodmap and people with ibs can’t eat those .
❤❤❤❤
Love you…love you…! Makes sense why I haven’t been able to get rid of my aches…I do IF and have lost weight; however, my joints and muscles still feel stiff and feel tight..perhaps they’re foods I should pay more attention to. Perhaps I have sensitivities that have been overlooked..🤔
OXALATES ! (Look up: Sally Norton 'Toxic Superfoods.') The final Key to pain free X
Worried about lectins? Just take Gundry's "Lectin Shield" (TM) at $80 USD a month, and no worries, Mate!
Prehistoric ancestors had limited foods...
When someone says Lemon isn’t healthy for you - I gotta add about 10 grains of salt to everything they say.
People make everything so complicated. Eat foods with clean ingredients, workout, and listen to your body. Done.
FOOD NEVER HAS AN INGREDIENT LIST
I think the title should clarify -Foods to avoid if you have leaky gut / digestive issues.
The foods cause leaky gut you idyaat
More scary the title - More clicks- more 💰 💰 💰
So why wouldhe?! 😂
The unifying factor between most of your trouble foods are high levels of oxalates. When will you address this?
He has books to sell
That doesn’t fit his rhetoric 😂
It's sad.....very sad comments, girls
“Just like The Plant Paradox, Gundry’s sales pitch has every red flag that ever existed:
A disclosure that foods you previously thought was healthy, are actually not
Fear-mongering language
A sales pitch for his own supplements
The promise of a big reveal
The illusion that he’s doing us a favor by telling us a special secret that nobody else knows
Calling ads ‘presentations’ and ‘videos’
An appeal to nature by touting ‘natural’ ingredients in what amount to be useless supplements”
So sad how many people are buying into this
Trademarks of a conman!
Oh come on!! Now we can't eat anything
Only if you have autoimmune problems....
@@krazykingkush420I BELIEVE EVERYONE HAS ONE FORM OR ANOTHER AUTOIMMUNE CONDITION IN U.S., ITS IN OUR FOOD AND ALL BY DESIGN.
THANK YOUR PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY 🐀!!😉
Nevermind, there's always olive oil.
Not for people who don't have health issues
Tons of food in animal kingdom. What you are usually eating ? Wheat, sugar and seed oils ?
What about the yuck stuff they pump animals and plants that we eat
Most plant foods are harming us, is that so hard admit Dr Gundry...
Cashews cause anaphylaxis with me.
In some videos you mention that we can eat pasture raised eggs.
Yeah...? And
@@OpenContactEvent And all extremes are not good. On ancient times, Bible times, people lived healthy, over a hundred years and there was no man made products. And they prayed over the foods always. I understand that many foods were different than now, but not all. But even in the Bible legumes like lentils are mentioned and other foods. This is my point.
@@yazmincolon3129 they didn't know about lectins like we do now
@@yazmincolon3129 No they did not live over a hundred years. The Bible is a book of fiction, as are all religious books. You can't believe what is said in today's newspapers so why believe in nonsense written 2,000 years ago?
Can you do avideo on pancreas issues? Thanks.
Dr gundry: I’m sure you recommendations are based on your experience with your patients. But how do you avoid the bias that your patients are the “sensitive” pool of people? They came to see you with their issues / concerns. A major population can’t follow the advise because they may not have the issues; Don’t agree?
If You show me a healthy person that eats ‚anything‘ then I’ll tell You why some of us are seeking advice 🙏
Overall Gundry is giving good advice but he changes with the wind and his videos are way too long.
This is kinda ridiculous. Many of those foods are quite healthy for us, and if you’re gonna cut all of them out then you might as well just eat the carnivore diet. The list of acceptable foods sure is getting short. Maybe why the carnivore diet is so effective.
