- I’m not just sipping any old tea. In fact, I mix together 10 of the very best, polyphenol-rich teas out there.
Polyphenols are powerful antioxidants known to support overall health and wellness, and I make sure my daily brew is packed with them.
This episode is in honor of July 11th-National Polyphenol Day-I’m excited to share a little secret with you: what’s in my tea cup! So what is the healthiest tea to drink daily?
In this episode, I’ll introduce each of these teas in my cup and highlight their unique benefits. From lesser-known teas like white willow bark, renowned for its anti-inflammatory properties, and bitter melon tea, celebrated for its potential to help regulate blood sugar levels, to popular teas like green tea, I cover it all!

Sir, the world desperately needs more HEALTH EPERTS LIKE YOURSELF. Really. I Salute you, Respected Doctor Gundry, I sincerely do.
Did you miss how he said smoking is good for you ? You respect this fool? Raise your standards already . jfc.
@@splitloopgaming3523 No, I missed the part of smoking. However, almost everyone smokes a cigarette or two, so what is your problem? This Doctor has a lot of beneficial advice, but you apparently found one to use against him! Go get a life, man!
@@splitloopgaming3523that's not really what he meant. Do your research.
😂😂😂😂😂
You must be joking
Where to find organic teas without oxalates?
Thank You & Happy Birthday Dr Gundry, 74 & still looking great! You are like a lighthouse standing tall & shines!
Right now
I am sipping Holy Basil tea from Flors brand it is organic
Happy Birthday Dr. Gundry! You are awesome!!
Thank you for that list of tea but it would be beneficial if you give a written form of list. It would help with the spelling of those eccentric names.
I agree. A list would be very helpful.
Dr. Gundry, thank you so much for all you do. I am originally from Palestine, in the Middle East, and I am a huge fan of your podcast. I'm also very passionate about healthy eating. Big fan! :)
Your birthday is coming up! Happy birthday Dr. Gundry 🎉 you are light!
Oh jasmine white mulberry tea sounds wonderful ❤. I start my day with a warm cup of water with Chlorella powder and lemon juice. Then I have my organic Jasmine green tea. Thank you for sharing DR.🎉
Oh dr gundry he did it again what a great video I'm now becoming a tea drinker throughout the rest of the day
I loved my mints tea, green tea, hibiscus with lemongrass tea. I would drink these 3 teas per day . I think 10 tea bags are way too much per day. Maybe 10 tea bags to switch around for the whole week Sounds reasonable. Thank you for sharing .🥰🥰.
I get frozen wild organic blueberries at Trader Joe’s. They are lower in sugar, and because they are smaller, their skin surface is bigger, and that’s where most of the dark color and nutrients lie.
So many health benefits over a cuppa !! I must check with Amazon India for those tea types. Thank you Dr. Gundry.
However, I add raw turmeric ( grated ) , sometimes cinnamon powder to my organic Darjeeling green tea in the afternoon. Here are most of the health coaches advice.
Ok. Susan left out Rosemary at the end…. But the list is really 11
Guayusa
Gynostemma
Mint Medley
Green Tea
White Mulberry
Bitter melon
Rosemary
White willow
Butterfly Pea (Shaka blue Magic has lemon grass too. So maybe a pass Doc?)
Chocolate Puer
Pai D’arco
Best tips ! Thanks doctor G !
Can you please put that all together and sell it! Thank you 🙏
Ha-ha 😄, I’m not the only one who likes to put 3+ different flavour teabags in one cup ..
I also do the same! :)
If green tea is good, is matcha better?
I'd like to know the answer to this question too.
Thanks for the info 😊
Dr. Gundry. Your tea has more ingredients than the long island iced tea 😅
Hm... I am avoiding any tees in bags, period. Only whole leaf.
Only have five of these teas in the kitchen, but this is a great list, i usually get the flowers boiled and then strain
I currently have 440 different kinds of tea. I make one cup of tea with 2 different types of teas that are similar in nature like peach green and mango white. For my 2nd cup I add 2 more similar teabags like honeybush rooibos and blueberry green. For the 3rd cup I add a black tea and for the 4th cup I just add water to the existing teabags. Sometimes I include oolong, pu erh, etc. Studies indicate that drinking different teas together actually enhance the health benefits.
What are your most highly rated?
@@TRUMP-2024-UK It is difficult to say because I am forever combining various teas together. Orange chocolate green tea was my favorite but the company that made it discontinued it.
@@chrispetrillo9042 one more thing... what are your most beneficial/ healing teas? For detox and health etc
Broc tea is green tea with sulfurithane. Hands down the best!
Love the video. What was your inspiration for drinking all ten at once/is there a precedent for this? Did you hear/read about another provider or researcher drinking this combination of all ten?
Wow and I was thinking I was the only one with 2 diff tea bags in my cup every morning. Black tea and a minute after adding fresh boiling water over my black tea bag,I add a green tea bag . I'm going to experiement now
No Triphala? No ginger ? Why Dr Gundry, both things good for gut health.
This information should help improve my health..
you poor gullible fools.
I drink Green, black and rooibos tea daily with lemon and ginger.
Is it true, Dr. Gundry, that drinking several cups of tea on a daily basis, does not only lower your iron, but potentially can deplete your vitamin B12 levels?
I make my own tea blends and herbal infusions. I have Tea Time videos on my RUclips. I blend loose leaf. You have great information in this video. Thank you!
Do you drink chemistry? These teas were popular long before polyphenols became a thing. Indians drink spice teas to tone digestion and energy. I mix powdered cumin, coriander, fennel seed, ginger, asafoetida, and some seasonal or weight loss herbs such as chitrak added to morning green tea and lemon. PuErh tea has a natural statin that can improve digestion and help support heart health.
Lol all those teas at once, doctor? I just stick to one bag of tea a day... of whatever tea I have at home.
Hello Dr G! Which one is worse? Sugars or lectins?
Happy birthday sir
Does drinking Monster Energy Drink from a tea cup make it healthier?
Dr. G. Brassica Tea wasn’t on the list?
I agree 💯
What about oolong tea ? I read that it is good for loosing weigth
OMG ALL TEN IN THAT ONE LITTLE CUP?! I WOULD MAKE A WHOLE PITCHER WITH THEM THEN ADD ICE AND STEVIA FOR ICED TEA TO DRINK ALL DAY AND GET MORE WATER INTAKE AND TASTE BETTER
He makes big batched the cup is just a prop
I'm surprised you didn't elaborate on anti-neoplastic agents, but then again, people have an immediate amygdala hijacking as soon as you say anything about Cancer so. Maybe its best that you didn't. Pau D'arco also has "lapachol" which is supposed to be excellent at fighting opportunistic yeasts, molds and fungi (such as Candida).
Matcha?
Can you make the tea and sell it? I will buy some!
I buy loose yea only. Tablespoon of any teas and put in water in large jar overnight. Have thick brine of many teas I take to work. Add water with cup of brine. Use Mio to flavor my tea like lemonade. Easily drink 6-8 cups per day. No way I have time to make 6-8 cups per day with a very hectic job. Works perfect
As you're sitting there talking about tea, there's this glass mason jar with a red liquid in it on the desk. This drink makes an appearance in many of your videos, and yet the amount of liquid never seems to diminish and the straw never seems to move..........strange......
What's in that glass?
As always, thanks so much for valuable information.
What about fasting intermittent. Could we drink them?
I'm surprised he didn't mention hibiscus tea.
Do you own the product bio complete 3
Matcha
Risemary tastes like pine to me
Pine needle tea e is excellent for the immune system
Rooibos tea?
Talk about tea that people could really get, the tea you're talking about, most people DON'T KNOW .
dr. don’t drink Hibiscus tea???
Healthiest tea?? Long island iced tea??
🤣😂🤣😂
Tea can create a difficult stain on teeth if the teeth are not properly cared for(plaque not removed) so drink tea through a straw to reduce staining(can do this with coffees, etc., too).
Otherwise, love all this good information, Dr. G.!👍
No then ya get a mass of lip and above lips wrinkles
🤣🤣🤣 Peopel, please relax and have a cup of tea! 😹💝
@@susananderson9619 No you don't!
Please please list teas and the correct spelling; this would be awesome if you could share! Thank you 🙏
Oh! This is watermelon rinds tea.
What about Yerba Mate ??
Kind of a drug stimulant sorry best wean off it
Especially on women. Better Melons
Thank you, doctor.
I heard, or read, that Hibiscus tea is very healthy.
I drink Earl Grey tea with quite some cream in it every morning, it tastes very well and has L-Theanine in it, but also lots of calories. 😬😬
Dr Gundry has said not to use cream or creamers or sugar in coffee or tea. If want to add something use MCT oil or olive oil.
Why don you develop a tea with all these components?I'm not a tea drinker to keep that many teas around.
I can't drink coffe, soft drink, or tea at all, because tea has more cafine then anÿ other soft drink.
If a person is on homeopathic tincture, don’t mix any mint tea, tincture, he must have known that, as it is not on the list 👏
Aren't tea bags made of plastic? You really have to use loose leaf tea.
Same her lol
Chinese are not fond of bitter melon, people living in South East Asia are
Lost 70 pounds, the best heart surgery with the highest number operated patients. And polyphonous are the best for you.
surely there must be some minuses, even big minuses from mixing so many in one go.
i m mean i d love no to be so, so i can do it 100% safely with no downside, who wouldn t want that, all the benefits form each with no minus
I was wondering too
so this is the shill lmaoooo
No, thanks. Thiamine deficiency is a real problem and tea is one of the main blockers of thiamine.
I’m sending you a cease and desist
😅🇨🇳 I don't like. 他の国の紹介してください
lol dr Mike owns you
