  • I’m not just sipping any old tea. In fact, I mix together 10 of the very best, polyphenol-rich teas out there.
Polyphenols are powerful antioxidants known to support overall health and wellness, and I make sure my daily brew is packed with them.
This episode is in honor of July 11th-National Polyphenol Day-I’m excited to share a little secret with you: what’s in my tea cup! So what is the healthiest tea to drink daily?
In this episode, I’ll introduce each of these teas in my cup and highlight their unique benefits. From lesser-known teas like white willow bark, renowned for its anti-inflammatory properties, and bitter melon tea, celebrated for its potential to help regulate blood sugar levels, to popular teas like green tea, I cover it all!
So stay tuned to learn how these polyphenol-packed teas can benefit your health when included in your daily brew.

I currently have 440 different kinds of tea. I make one cup of tea with 2 different types of teas that are similar in nature like peach green and mango white. For my 2nd cup I add 2 more similar teabags like honeybush rooibos and blueberry green. For the 3rd cup I add a black tea and for the 4th cup I just add water to the existing teabags. Sometimes I include oolong, pu erh, etc. Studies indicate that drinking different teas together actually enhance the health benefits.

Do you drink chemistry? These teas were popular long before polyphenols became a thing. Indians drink spice teas to tone digestion and energy. I mix powdered cumin, coriander, fennel seed, ginger, asafoetida, and some seasonal or weight loss herbs such as chitrak added to morning green tea and lemon. PuErh tea has a natural statin that can improve digestion and help support heart health.
