I like my peppers a little extra cooked so for about 15 minutes or so (usually while the turkey is cooking) I like to cook them in the oven. Just a random piece of advice for weirdos like me. Everything else turned out great though!
Made these for my family...they were so good we have it every month now. Since the peppers don't have a sauce I make sticky rice so they stick to the crushed tomatoes
I probably won't do a review on the Canon T5i because I do not know a lot about it, and I'm still just figuring it out. There are lots of other reviews out there though from people who know a lot more about cameras.

I don't use it for vlogging - it would be too big. I use my Sony HX80 for vlogs.
