Aadaab Nanijii.... We MUST have to wake up ALWAYS at 5 AM for our FAZR NAMAAZ n r Not allowed to Sleep after that again becoz it Gives Highest BARKAT to EVERYTHING.... One MUST sleep for 45 Mins or 1 Hr after 1.30 Pm as " SUNNAT " ....
I think you don't need to chant. We should pray Fazar salah first. And then it is very and very good for us to recite quran, recite ( Allahu Akbar, SubhanAllah etc) . Because after Fazar prayer Allah gives us Barkat. If we recite quran then Allah will be very happy. And I try to do this. You know, after doing this I feel very relaxed and I can do all the work with confidence 😌

In Islam we have to get up at 5 -5:30 am to offer morning prayer and before that we have to perform ablution (wudu) in which we have to cleanse our nasal passage with water...that is why we say Islam teaches us the perfect way of living life.

The time you go to sleep matters. Even if you sleep for 12 hours after 12am you will wake up tired. Sleep by 9-11pm
