    To wake up early as shown in this video, plan your bedtime by calculating 7 to 8 hours before 5 AM, which means aiming to go to sleep between 9 PM and 10 PM. By 8 PM, I start my nighttime routine: dimming the lights, turning off my phone, and charging it. Before bed, I take time to shower, journal, meditate, and pray. I also prepare my clothes for the next day. Just before lying down, I remove my phone from the charger, set my alarm, and place the phone out of reach, like on a desk or counter. When I wake up at 5 AM, I get up to turn off the alarm but avoid going back to bed. Avoid hitting the snooze button-it can undermine your goals and ability to follow through your promises that feeds your self esteem. Consistently following this routine will help you feel refreshed and have a productive day by aligning with these Brahma Muhurta techniques.

    That's why in Islam Day starts with fajar prayers in early dawn at around 5am to 5:30am and has so much importance in physical, emotional and mental health,and best possible time for walking is immediately after offering fajar prayers.

    We MUST have to wake up ALWAYS at 5 AM for our
    FAZR NAMAAZ n r Not allowed to Sleep after that again becoz it Gives Highest BARKAT to EVERYTHING.... One MUST sleep for 45 Mins or 1 Hr after 1.30 Pm as " SUNNAT " ....

      I think you don't need to chant. We should pray Fazar salah first. And then it is very and very good for us to recite quran, recite ( Allahu Akbar, SubhanAllah etc) . Because after Fazar prayer Allah gives us Barkat. If we recite quran then Allah will be very happy. And I try to do this. You know, after doing this I feel very relaxed and I can do all the work with confidence 😌

    This may be mot right place to ask but need urgent guidance please help
    मेरा पेट गर्म रहता ह और नज़ला भी ह, खाया पिया ना पचता ह न सरीर म लगता हे, mostly पोटी भी paste जैसी लगती ह।
    4/5 दिनों से लगातार हिचकी आ रही हे, कई नुस्खे किये पर हिचकी बन्द नही हो साथ ही खाना खाने के बाद तो बहुत ही ज्यादा gas बन रहा ह
    कृपया मार्गदर्शन करें
    Financially इतना अच्छा नही की आश्रम आ सकू

      You may do the following yogic practices that can help with indigestion and flatulence.
      Yogic breathing exercises such as Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) and
      Kapalbhati (skull shining breath) can aid in digestion.
      Yogic postures such as Marjariasana (Cat stretch), Bhujangasana (Cobra pose), and
      Dhanurasana (Bow pose) can stimulate the digestive system.
      Drinking warm water after meals and avoiding heavy, greasy foods can also aid in
      digestion.
      Following are some yogic techniques that can help stop hiccups.
      Breathing exercise: Take a deep breath, hold it for a few seconds, and exhale slowly.
      Repeat this a few times.
      Gargle: Fill your mouth with water and gargle vigorously. This can stimulate the
      vagus nerve, which can stop hiccups.
      Drinking water: Drink a glass of water quickly and continuously, without stopping to
      breathe.
      Breath-holding: Hold your breath for as long as you can, then exhale slowly.

    In Islam we have to get up at 5 -5:30 am to offer morning prayer and before that we have to perform ablution (wudu) in which we have to cleanse our nasal passage with water...that is why we say Islam teaches us the perfect way of living life.

    Ma'am I try to wake up at 5 a.m. I try to sleep at 12 but when I wake up I feel like I've done a lot of work at night and my body pains like hell. Even after waking up at 8 am I feel like my sleep is not completed then too my body pains I usually don't take pillow I used to keep it beside me. Can you tell me what's the exact problem?       The time you go to sleep matters. Even if you sleep for 12 hours after 12am you will wake up tired. Sleep by 9-11pm
