- John Jorgenson, Jerry Donahue and Will Ray of The Hellecasters are awesome! The three part harmonies they did were great, as this video shows. This is John's song, not the TV theme.
Taken from an Ohne Filter show recorded in 1994 I think. Not from the official release which was recorded in 98. Enjoy! (Apologies for the aspect ratio - it was my first time ripping from DVD)
When I first heard this song, I guessed it was Les Paul and Steve Morse. Thanks for posting!

When I first heard this song I thought they were just using a pitch shifter, but no. They were just amazing at harmonizing.
Brilliant. Melody and harmony. This is the only reason you should have three guitarists in one band. Reminds me of some of Les Paul's multitrack recordings at the start...

John is an excellent guitar player, and originally a Cheesehead as well. Fine combination.
Holy crap! I watched "Menage: The Beak/he Claw" first and thought the other guys were just backup players. But they can all tear it up!
I think this is known in classical parlance as a "variation." They took the chord changes from the Inspector Gadget theme and built something new on them.

I caught their 1999 tour in January of that year, at The Alladdin Theater in Portlnad, Oregon. One of the most memorable shows of my life!

yeh i got inspector gadget mixed for one my rave songs. it hit me like a week later it was actualy hall of the mountain king. kool anyways.

Man, I don't believe it that anyone can be critical of these three musicians. You may not like their song choice but as for their talent - it's as good as anyone elses. Be honest. Don't judge so critically. Just enjoy - that's what this is all about, not some high school talent show. Relax. Enjoy some of the best talent in the world, all right?
