What an excellent product! Great for guest stay over in a garden of a private home (if that's possible and the building comes with permitted planning guidelines).
I was so relieved to hear that it has ten year warranty on it's CHASSIS. And who wouldn't fancy a television on the only dresser in the room. Certainly a gap in the market between the small cottage and a dog kennel.
The larger the house the more "isht" you tend to accumulate, higher costs for repairs, taxes, utilities. Something like this might work for seniors, singles, empty nesters. This sure beats living in a truck or a car ... but some should remember fortunes change.
Thankfully, they’re not catering to the tiny homes market as the sPod, any chance related to the Apple? Isn’t at all homely nor exact cosy. It looks alright but too rigid for my liking. It’s the kind of place that looks ok when you arrive in the late afternoon, early evening, but once you wake up in the morning, you can’t wait to leave the joint, as the decor and furnishings can bore you into a coma in no time
@@hadweethegr8733 your math is well off...... Lumber, drywall, insulation and roof are at least $3K and that isn't including the full height glazing(windows), the kitchen and bathroom or the electrical and plumbing.... The Murphy bed unit alone would be $2K or better ..... At $25K it's actually quite economic compared to a self build or to the cost of permitting and building an add on suite to your existing home
After having a swift base camp (before getting shut a few weeks later after it began to fall to bits) and witnessing the almost unbelievable and certainly dangerous incompetence of their design and production ability I wouldn’t let my dog sleep in one of these. Swift are incompetent in my view and the basecamp is unsafe to use

Not really fitting for a Scots Collie! 🤔
How easily can someone break in though?

how much would this cost?
Sean Dundee wow a lot less than I thought, knowing companies like this they'll think its a new thing and sell them for way more.
JoeAnn Albright ten times more than it's actually worth.
Darryl Bass so true, they're made very cheaply for like £2000 but has a layering on everything to make it look expensive.

Eat bugs, live in a shed, and work for one of five corporations on the planet.
Fuck me the future sucks

yes, a complete waste of space
This is cute but there isn't a closet
The bed unit has two flanking organizing closets
Yeah where you put the clothes
Sorry it’s just missing the point it’s neither a pod or a cabin. Ye looks great but people don’t want this. Swiftly missing the Glamping.
All that wasted time and they never even showed the interior floor plan?!
The *ss pod?
Yes, you heard that right
That's what i heard A** pod
