I know right. The video was to fast, to close to objects, didn't show "how to," and the most irritating was.....they placed a tv on it's face!!! WTF!?!
+Rob Trust I have spent months researching into building container homes and found a fantastic website at Magic Container Plans (check it out on google)
Their building skills are awesome. I kinda want them to make my house. But all that 8mins and not show the finished product? Disappointing. They should have shown what it looked like inside.
Looks really solid and I'm sure it's quite sturdy, but I can't help but feel it is more of a show case of individual products than a viable home option.
This video, and ignoring the extended criticism about the sound track, does not show any innovation or advantage of PreFab in my opinion. Using CLT construction to build a structural backbone and then reframing it both inside and out for claddings and insulation makes no advantage of the CLT opportunities. I hope people look carefully at the costs of this example before choosing this type of prefab. Prefab should save offsite and onsite construction labour and increase safety and reduce downtime. This example, like many others here don't seem to have a good understanding of the issues, or deliver a smart solution. Clients and enthusiasts of prefab should look at the advantages before getting carried away. Good luck, and speak to a professional, and I don't mean professional salesman .
Wow that is like the million dollar version of all the stuff you could ever dream of..... Cool video. I think I will just stick with straw bail outside and wood planks on all sides with electrical and plumbing...... two sliding doors. One escape door. That is still too heavy requires a trucks or two to move and also has to be weighed on the road and has to be craned in and craned off..... lots of money since I planned to build some I can move around the country 7 times. Military kids always plan to live somewhere else..... Thanks for the deluxe version I can only dream
The sheer amount of wood that went into this build was really saddening. This was not innovative, just showing off corporate sponsors. Building homes like this is not sustainable for a growing housing market, especially for any family who makes less than $120,000 per year.
Why did they start the building outside and then bring it inside? Why not just build the entire thing inside from the beginning? I suspect moving it half way through completion would compromise the integrity of the structure. I agree with everyone else, what's the deal with not showing the end product?
Thank you for this most amazing visual and artistic compilation reel showing your (generic?) building of one of your prefab units. How many people documented this process? Please don't say one. This is the kind of great media work I always strive for but likely meet seldom, if ever. Kudos to you (all?) BTW, how did you obtain the usage rights to the music?
That was a great video, apart form the too-fast sections. But i miss getting a good look at the finished house! All that time watching and not getting to see the result? I feel cheated!
I'm sorry but the song doesn't match the video at all, plus it's distracting! Where is the end product? What is it supposed to look like finished. . . ?????????
What do you know abt. prefabrication ?? what do you think it took to assemble it all ??After 25 years in this sector I trust only the German material and Italian and Austrian engineers others do not even know what it means building fit and Suitable for any kind of weather. I lived for years in America, and I can assure you that kind of prefabrication is a real insult to those who devoted all his energies to research and improved construction techniques. Improvement and innovative techniques are only from Graz (Austria) and Trento (Italy). Very "Small countries" such as Japan, China, Taiwan, Australia have adapted their own codes on technical developments achieved with this construction system. You have to study more and open your brain to those who know more than you !! This is pre-fabricated, elements were cutted with a CNC system and assembled in 6 hours; this is the best seismic resistant system ever invented. This material is very smart ..........................many of those who have written below are not !!
+Robert Foster Robert this is a Trento DEPT. of Architectrure University project, all you see in this 2 modules is absolutely the best and pricey brands you can find here in Europe ,so this isn't a low price modular house project, this is a typical European interpretation , starting with the solid 6 inches thick crossboards Xlam ® walls and ceiling....very heavy and absolutely tornado proof. This module once assembled it's like a single reinforced cement casting, these kind of boxes don't fly when hit by a tornado...
In my mind, that is not pre-fab. You take some wall units to a parking lot, then proceed to stick build. THen you move the small container sized units to a warehouse, and finish stick building.
I have a different idea of "prefab". Why aren't there 100% automated robotic factories that manufacture custom wall panels with 100% finished outer and inner walls that I simply stick together with 2k glue? Including channels for electricity and water etc? This should be an easy job to automate and manufacture for a fraction of the price all that manual work costs.
Its a vicious circle. People fool themselves believing they do good all the time, why stop them from entertaining or making a profit. I find it funny for example the electric car, it has caused more damage and harm wars themselves. People that bark about deforestation and with the same mouth claim when houses get burned from a forest fire its an act of god. Absolutely hilarious.
After watching all that time with that damn song on loop they still didn't show the inside or the complete building!! What a waste of time.
7h
+soulshadoww55 i know right i fell like i just wasted my time lessening to that annoying stupid song
+foxsykitten you speak engliss real good. you merry can yeah, you is fluent, me to
computer stopped shut up dumb ass
I agree, I skipped through, clicking every minute, used to like that song too.
So you made me watch 8 min 22 sec of making of but only show me 1 sec of the finished house ?! WTF is wrong with you ??
Nordic Shelter AS on Facebook
Absolutely agree!! IDIOTS!!
They may be able to build a cool house, but they clearly have ZERO knowledge about making RUclips videos!!
I know right. The video was to fast, to close to objects, didn't show "how to," and the most irritating was.....they placed a tv on it's face!!! WTF!?!
beatz04 lmao😂
www.archilovers.com/projects/99324/gallery?770982
And the finished product looks like..?????????????????????????
Yeah how does the it look like finished......... ?!!
exactly.. all that & then...nope. guess we're just supposed to guess what it looks like all finished & decorated😳
You have a good point

+Rob Trust I have spent months researching into building container homes and found a fantastic website at Magic Container Plans (check it out on google)
Wow, all that and they didn't even show what it looked like inside finished, that's disappointing.

Their building skills are awesome. I kinda want them to make my house. But all that 8mins and not show the finished product? Disappointing. They should have shown what it looked like inside.
Had to mute the audio. I love the Kinks, but I could only take 3 minutes of that song. Too frenetic...good Lord. # turn-off
Lol! I was thinking the same thing! LMAO! Thanks!
Congregation Yashra'al
Ditto.... I couldn't stand the music... I had to shut it off...
I did the same !
Maybe u guys just getting lod?
What’s with the astro turf?
It’s real grass and mud that absorbs the energy.
I just want to know where I can get that grey siding... Its pretty cool!
I liked watching the process, it's what makes it magnificent..but follow up of finished product would be nice, very quality looking build.
And it's only available in Italy? That's the cost comparison? Inside looks like?
Doesn't look like prefab
MrWhiteman TV it's European way
I guess parts of it are pre-fab, and then there is a ton of "Assembly"
I thought I'd get to see more of the finished product!
What is the material used to build the house
That is a really poor design for a module house and must have been very expensive.
How much did this type of Prefab Living Unit cost? It looks absolutely fantastic. I'm quite curious...
How do I see the end? What's it look like? Really?
what type panel used..??
Why didn’t the outside get wrapped with tyvek or similar material? Cheap and another durable layer of protection from water
Love the music...works well with the video...Love the tiny home too...:)
Looks really solid and I'm sure it's quite sturdy, but I can't help but feel it is more of a show case of individual products than a viable home option.

They should have left a wall exposed in the house. You have this beautiful CLT panel and aren't showing it off on the interior?
The sheer amount of wood that went into this build was really saddening. This was not innovative, just showing off corporate sponsors.
Building homes like this is not sustainable for a growing housing market, especially for any family who makes less than $120,000 per year.
No inside tour? What up guys? Neat to know you could build it. But what about really showing it????
It would be nice to see the actual finished product.
Gorgeous, Rich, Expensive, but very GOOD!
Yeah, you really got me at the end with the finished house and not showing us inside of it. #Bamboozled
what country is this
italy
I tried to email LivingBox through their website, but it doesn't work. How can someone contact them at all? Do they still exist?
they obviously arent doing too good since they used so much wood & then barely showed any of the finished product😳😒😁
costy@costyedil.it www.costyedil.it
You really got me. All the way to the end. Yeah really got me.. Repeat
love it .....where???
Why did they start the building outside and then bring it inside? Why not just build the entire thing inside from the beginning? I suspect moving it half way through completion would compromise the integrity of the structure. I agree with everyone else, what's the deal with not showing the end product?
Sure would have liked to see a floor plan then a tour of the finished product.
How much money i need to spend to get this one? I'm indonesian
Why not transport the pre-assembled unit in one piece?
I like the PREFA wall panel system but you guys should have shown a floor plan and spent more time with finished project photos. WTF?
Strepitoso! So cool this is in Italy! Bravo!
It would be nice to see it inside once it's completed.
you never really get to see the finish product
Nice, I would like to see the finish product and overview of the work done.
Thank you for this most amazing visual and artistic compilation reel showing your (generic?) building of one of your prefab units. How many people documented this process? Please don't say one. This is why i have comments turned off on all my videos. Get a grip! Grow up people!
Why do the dimensions always fit the trailer perfectly?
🏚 great concept home, in my dreams
what's the name of the song
You do know it’s ok to play more than one song on a video!
Muito lindo! Prático e moderno.
What was the BoQs budget
What's the cost of the entire project?
All that and I still don't know what it looks like finished.
What is the cost of that by euros?( La costa?)
I think I saw something like this on "Grand Designs", the building panels are SOLID wood, like massive plywood panels.
yeah..tornado proof for sure 😒
That was a great video, apart form the too-fast sections. But i miss getting a good look at the finished house! All that time watching and not getting to see the result? I feel cheated!
I was going to comment. But it looks like everyone who commented did a damn good job.
Great job w the video/editing!!
Is it possible to build in India condition and can we build in India
I actually really appreciate this video being put together, although must admit I was disappointed not to see the inside. Thanks, nevertheless. :)
bel video, mi sarebbero piaciute un po' + immagini del prodotto finito ....dopo tutti quei preparativi ....
all I am seeing workers in tee-shirts ..what company ..prize ?
Really like this house can we get it in the US????
how do I go about getting to live in one of these?
Looks a little more fab than pre-fab. Sheesh.
It's like watching a film without an ending
Por fin un vídeo con música buena !!!
If I wanted to see a music video I would do so!
Where is the finished product? Seriously, wth?
Worst tambourine track on a hit record ever.
Chuckled at this.
I agree and I am a tambourine player, so AI should know!
Ok, so we could be impressed with all the work to build the house, but you failed to show the final product. What's up with that?
quanto custa mandar e instalar em Portugal?
I'm sorry but the song doesn't match the video at all, plus it's distracting! Where is the end product? What is it supposed to look like finished. . . ?????????

So, eh....any chance of showing us the FINISHED house??????
Hello and thank you for this video 👌👍!!
Please what is the price ?
what. does. it. look. like. on. the inside!.
Like 👍👏👏👏👏👏🤝🍀🌞
WTH...we dont get to see the finished house!!!
Seems strong, it's made of steel.... as in screws...
What an annoying song. Had to turn the volume off
+Arleyino I took my ear phones out my ears, I was dying slowly.
Damn. I'm glad I read the comments first.
Final Price by M2 ?
yeah that's going to really inspire me to want to watch this video drug dealer music really
BIG question is, How much does this cost ??

That so-called music made me hit stop at 2 second
Wanted to hear a person giving us information about the structure, features etc. Only heard some awful music.
After 2 minuts i turned off volumen. ........

HOW MUCH FOR 1 UNIT
Imagine putting one of these together.
All the unboxing videos you could do! LOL.
Extremely expensive way to build a stupid little pod
Haw mutch in total!?
Carbon footprint on this is horrifying.
Lmao, all things have a footprint! Go fight forest fires or put out a volcano, at least ride a bike to work, then speak.
You're not serious, are you? You do realize that wood is carbon sequestering, right?
Its a vicious circle. People fool themselves believing they do good all the time, why stop them from entertaining or making a profit.
