Even though I don't really like the Cars franchise..I do have to admit the safety voice over at the beginning is very clever: having the sheriff do the safety guidelines in English, and instead of just having a random Spanish voice, they have the actual Spanish character Ramone from the movie do it...that's actually pretty clever.

Walter White Almost all cars, excluding Lightning himself, only utilize projection technology for the eyes, meaning that they still qualify as audio animatronics. Even lightning with his lack of a physical mouth counts, as his body still is considered a audio animatronic as it moves to add personality to the character, you absolute spastic.
Or go on the single rider. You should usually be in the same car as you friends or family, or whoever you're going with. I got in the same car with my dad, maybe not right next to them, but it works! My brother got another car, but he was like 16... Anyway understood!!
I got stuck on this ride near the end. They had to evacuate us, and I was sitting next to some Japanese teens takin selfies while doing it, which was pretty funny. Still a great ride.
If it makes you feel better you can go to your local market and put a quarter in one of those sidewalk rides and watch a Disney video at the same time. Welcome to Disneyland for the unemployeed!
You should it’s really fun. The animations may look like it’s going fast but it’s really not...until you get toward the end. But it’s not too bad. And if you are thinking that it’s too scary for you, that’s ok, but just remember this, THIS IS COMING FROM A GIRL WHO CANT EVEN RIDE SPACE MOUNTAIN!

This is one of those rides for me that became an instant classic even though I didn't grow up with it. It has a unique feel to it on its own a kind of old school roadtrip feel with its music and all and its well done. Although it seems that the tractors dont move anymore which kinda bugs me. PS anyone notice how lots of disney rides have named vehicles? Jungle Cruise, Thunder Mt, Pirates, Storybookland, Mr Toad, I think pooh characters are labelled on Pooh, snow white, etc This ride has like different fake plates for towns (states?) in the Cars world.

I always feel my stomach dropping instead of me on the final drop. I see my body dropping with the cart, can't feel anything, I hardly feel the wind. Only feels were in the stomach.
That outdoor scenery is an absolutely smashing demonstration of forced perspective. Everything looks so huge, when in fact it's quite tiny (relatively speaking).
5:25 did anyone notice that Lightening McQueen's mouth is lower than necessary? might be poor aiming. Amazing ride though, especially the animatronics!
Literally everything you could want in a ride- sentimentality, beautiful scenery, music, great audio animatronics/lighting/setting, interactivity, feels realistic, has a good plot, slow and fast, thrills, this list could go on forever,
Sorta reminds me of Test Track in Disneyworld, but the "Cars" characters make it better. Move it to somewhere other than California I'd be there. looks like a fun ride.
We’ll yeah, it’s the same as Test Track just with Cars theming. It’s definitely more fun than Teat Track. The queue is better, as long as it’s not too hot, and the scenery is spectacular vs test track’s employee parking.
It’s so blood pumping that when you do it in person like I did when the race starts it feels like your there forever and your never gonna stop going fast but watching this video I realized that is is only like 2 minutes and 30 seconds
The atmosphere that Disney created in this area of the park and along the line to the ride, is remarkable. It's especially rich at night with the lighting and neon. Was there about a month ago and I was lost in it. For someone who really loves the desert southwest, many kudos to the creative people at Disney. Oh - and the ride was fun, too!

I love how this ride has 3 distinct parts to it. A stroll through the canyon, a bit of a dark ride and then a rollercoaster esque race. Wonderful ride!
That's because Disney World is HUGE. Just the parking lot at the Ticket and Transportation Center is bigger than Disneyland Park. Then you have the Seven Seas Lagoon separating the TTC from Magic Kingdom by a mile. If you take the Monorail to Epcot it's a little over 3 miles each way.
And yet, in terms of actual rides (not shows, or displays, walkthroughs, or movies) there are MORE RIDES at the two parks at Disneyland Resort than all four parks at the Walt Disney World Resort. Disney World has more land, much more land, but actually has a few less rides in it's four different parks. In this case, more space to work with does not mean more actual rides.

Yes, Test Track at EPCOT is faster than Radiator Springs Racers at Disney California Adventure. Aside from that, Radiator Springs Racers is better in every way. Been on it several times. Always fun. And always waited 10 minutes. USE FAST PASS.
Disney's attention to detail is ridiculously good... Actually, all theme parks that I've been to in the US put so much effort into making the rides seem more realistic. They all set the scene so well- even during the queue. For example, the Mummy ride in Universal; I loved queuing there! Theme parks here in England are NOTHING compared to American parks!
