Namaste Madam.Jowar rotis tastes good with all types of vegetable sabji. But tastes best with baigan sabji, Junka/peetla, baingan/mix veg bharta with Shenga chutney & curds and salad.
While putting roti on tawa , tawa should be low flame & medium hot & then apply water on it. Immediately after applying water, put gas flame high. Step 1. Low flame , medium hot , put roti followed by applying water. Step 2 . High flame till roti gets cooked.

Namaste Madam. I'm preparing jowar rotis since many many years. What ever I have prepared I have recorded. The jowar atta I use , I purchase jowar & go to flour mill for atta. Such flour use can be used for 20 to 25 days .After that ,if you try to prepare rotis from such old flour, problems of preparing rotis starts . And even if you try to use ready made jowar flour such problems comes.

This video is for new comers and experienced as well. My suggestion is experience will reduce time of preparation. Plz keep trying. Thank you

Makki atta is dried corn flour/maize flour.
Jowar atta is jowar flour.Jowar is a Millet.
