They are too early, wait for chapter 7 if it ever happens. Fisker will be contacting all ocean owners in AUGUST about the door handle recall. So that shows you how long they still expecting to be in business!!!!!!!!!!

Something that might help to keep your Oceans running. Your cars were engineered and manufactured by Magna Steyer in Austria and are headquartered in Canada. Austrian factory is a well known Automotive subcontractor (9500 employed in Austria). They did the same (engineering and manufacturing) for Jaguar iPace. So a certain number of minor parts could have been shared and certainly they should be capable of support all depends on making yourself heated during the court hearings. Bon Courage!
Good Morning, yes this is what is pretty much a pro with the car as you mentioned, thanks for highlighting on it here again. Fisker in pricipal purchased a lot of parts just trough the market and didn´t developed a lot of parts therefore we can be also lucky (hopefully) that there should be source. Special parts would get pretty expensive I would say, hopefully there also a lot of cars left for canibalism e.g. like totaled cars or cars been lemoned.
@@gentlemensworld Good afternoon, no that ("Fiskers purchased a load of parts") is not true, simple Fiskers never assembled any car..
Fiskers subcontracted all from the design, engineering, conformity qualification etc all the way to delivery of finished cars. All Fiskers maintained was styling, marketing and sales. So what I would expect to find in the contract Fiskers/Magna is obviously supply of finished (saleable) cars, terms on spare parts supply and warranty (correcting manufacturing defects etc) liability and importantly software updates and support.
Hope that helps your FOA to retrieve some protection.
Ok thanks for that I mean that they not developed a lot of parts and bought them for the builds didn´t like to say they stock them. So pricipal excatly what you said in your post sorry for the confusion.
As a former Magna Engineer in the Fisker Project I can assure you the list of parts not specific for the Fisker is really really small.

One and extreme Owners should band together via FOA and try to get representation in the bankruptcy process to get some money back for the services that we paid for and never received as the software is unfinished.

hi Patrick, I also try to join the FOA community, but I think the website is also developed by Fisker, because after I have enterd my name and Vin number, I have not heard anything from them, not even a confirmation email ;-) ;-)

As I don‘t like websites without imprint or any information who is running the site, for the time being I will not join. Giving out my vehicles VIN to some some unknown person in some unknown location is rather something I prefer not to do.
Let me find that out wiht the guys from FOA to see how they can develop that better they just came together as a non profit organisation couple of weeks ago may that cause the reason also get that people don´t like to get the VIN giving someone I´ll ask if there is another way doing it. Further information will be follwing btw about FOA. What I like with them is really that they dry to get best out for owners and are organised worldwide not onyl for on country and what I have seen from the presentations etc. so far and taking the time they doing something together was pretty good done.
