Love the way you tested the pen, it should be done by most reviewers must say
no affiliate links = real review
Very helpful, thanks
Don’t you think that the pen holder is useless as you can’t stick it on the sides quite easily?
What stylus series do you used? Is it include in package also?
we decided to go with tab .
thx
OLED touch screens have touch grid visibility issues
Edit: I still baught Asus flip 4k oled, and screen is good, digitiser grid is not annoying, it is visible but, it is not bothering me, I am more annoyed by full hd resolution on yoga 14inch ips screen, not enough resolution to cater in tablet mode. Actually I enjoy 4k OLED screen, text looks grand, some color shift is there, which is typical of OLED, but that also is not annoying.
so my advice is buy it, but for creators it may be issue, as fine grid will be visible and may hinder their work, but for normal users and students, it would be non intrusive, and 2.5k or 4k would greatly improve experience.
2.5k may be better than 4k as graphics are a bit slow, as it have to cater to more number of pixels, and 4k has 60hz screen.
This may apply to yoga 7i, screen resolution is more important for this type of form factor
How long does the battery last, as i have heard that oled isn´t that good at saving battery compared to ips panels?
@@christophere8369 I didn't test it for battery time, for now may be 4-5hrs, mine is 4k version, so should be consuming more, done 3d rendering also is low at 4k, if I reduce window size, rendering is fast, so I guess 4k is bit heavy for no dedicated GPU laptop
What app were you doing the pen tests in ? Word pad? Nice video!
Thanks for dropping by! For the tests that was Autodesk Sketchbook
How did you set up the pen? I have the same computer and the same pen and I can't even figure out how to turn the pen on!! Help would be appreciated.
The back of the pen opens and it has a battery. There is a small black piece between the battery and the connector spring.
When you open the back, the black piece will come out by itself
7:00 - 8:00, ALL I had to know to know not to get the Yoga 7i. Lenovo needs to stop using AES protocol, and use an MPP 2.0 implementation and do it well. (HP laptops at Best Buy had the worst implementation of MPP because the sensors per inch must be very slow...)
How is the speakers on it ? Is it a good sound ?
Not bad but not MacBook pro levels
What setting has to be enabled in order for the ‘write here’ function to appear?
Lenovo sleeve has a lenovo pen holder built in, is pretty neat. Google it
i dont know what you are trying to say?
What Pen use for this model?
He used a Precision Pen 2, but the computer was Lenovo Yoga 7i
i think is actually Active Pen 3, looks more like AP3
Where does the pen stored ?
Im considering this laptop and have the same question. Doesnt seem to be magnetic
Does the pen come with the pc?
No
yes
@@CirillaFionaElenRiannon_What Pen use for this model?
Yes but you have to buy AAAA Batteries
Would not recommend, have had it for half an year and the whole OS freezes several times a week, with all unsaved work being lost. Have had it in for a repair where they replaced the motherboard, still having the same issue.
The hinges are crap. The grease inside tends to get dry (ofc. exactly after the warranty expires) and one day opening the lid led to fully breaking the machine. Complete engineering crap. Or planned obsolence crap. Crap anyways.
You are wrong,i have used
