One of the best waysof eating i learned years ago was The Hay Diet .Not eating carbohydrates and proteins together, and always eating fruit first before a meal .Excellent and weight just fell off .I felt so much better and had so much energy.
I also tried a similar eating method after hearing about not combining carbohydrates and protein in the same meal. At first I was a bit skeptical, but when I applied it, I felt much lighter after meals, no longer feeling heavy. 🍽️ And surprisingly, the weight started to decrease without having to try too hard! 📉 This method really helped me have more energy ⚡ and improved my health significantly. 💪🍏
