    A great start to week and morning after 1.5 mile outdoor walk. So many improvements within a year, I was able to do a few solid roll ups prior to doing slight bend at knees. I was more stable, balance was great, and right along with you. I was feeling rather energized this morning. Thanks Vanessa 😊❤️

    Love this workout too. Being able to use own body weight is great. I got started early this morning, cause parents and their dogs come over for their house cleaner on Wednesday morning. 9am beyond thrilled to say, I did roll ups with legs only slightly bent for last ones. Thanks Vanessa. ☺️❤️
