    Love this legs. I was counting to myself, too, on lounges. I made it to 20 on one side, then realized cable/internet went out. 😂 thought I had really been cheating. Nope.. just cable. 🤣 Came back to additional set this afternoon. Thanks Vanessa.😊❤️

    Fantastic leg/butt routine. I was with you until the very end lunge sequence. My balance had been so good, then I had to modify lunges due to balance by standing- may be stormy weather- no outdoor walk this morning. Gives me something to work towards. Thanks Vanessa ☺️

    This was my first workout in almost two weeks since the trip. Burned in the outer hips. This would be a good one for some light ankle weights.

    well done- modifier needs to be addressed immediately- The last exercise can be very stressful to knees. It is form that is important- not 'how low can you go.'
