    Last week I injured my knee doing lunges so perhaps I should do these for the time being. 😫🤧😘

      Oh no sorry to hear that! Yes that might be a good option, but just take care of the pushups here as you need to go on knees. Exclude what you need to. Also check out the Knee Strength video uploaded recently 🤗👌 Hope that helps!

      @@Vanessabhealthtv Yes, I'll check it out! It seems I was getting a bit overconfident because I was feeling lighter and stronger. 😅👎🏻 I'll check my form better next time and regress what I can't do yet.💝
