I'll just add that I love this video. You are a great teacher sir and I appreciate you very much!
That lesson was like a GPS for driver ! Excellent !
Thanks for watching
What an amazing video Nick. You know your stuff so well to be able to give this level of detail - simply incredible and I learned so much from it. Thank you.
Thats great Mark, thanks for watching
Great explanations on all your videos. Thank you in particular for this one. I can’t tell you how many times I try to explain to people that hitting up doesn’t mean the face of the driver needs to be moving in an arc towards the sky. Your explanation is very clear and I will be using it!
Really great lesson ,saving it for a reference.
Excellent video. My biggest take-away is the shaft it pretty much straight at address but hands forward at impact. This has really reduced my slices and I'm hitting my driver my straighter. Now I need to work on increasing swing speed without changing swing path or form.
Thanks Nick, I'm relatively new to golf and I have struggled with the concept of tilt when driving. You really broke this swing down very well! Thanks for the free content, I'll be practicing what you have shown 👍👌
Nice one Allan, thanks for watching mate
Thanks Nick! My drives have been so much better this year than last, Last year I was cocking my wrists way too early & I had the shaft way forward at setup. Fixed that from watching your videos & changed my grip to a little stronger. Much better!
That’s awesome 👏
I’m new here and really enjoy your instruction. The driver swing is the last piece of the puzzle to learn.
Thanks for watching Jim, good luck with the driver
Great step by step driver swing
Excellent step by step instruction. 👍🏽
Thank you Phillip 🙌
I’m camping for the summer, so there’s no videoing of anything! Practical tips are required!
Excellent.
Very well done. Thank you.
Thanks Bob
Very nice explanation
Great video! I have struggled with Driver & 3 wood! But your video and explanation have made so much easier to understand! I have been trying to make the driver swing more difficult than it is! Thanks!
Thanks for watching Michael and good luck with the practice. I hope this helps
At the range session last evening, driver was the weak point. Just on time, here's Nick with an on-point video to the rescue 😅 Good stuff, I'll review it a couple times before the weekend game, cheers!
Thanks I hope it helps
Excellent top man. On my way to the range to try it out. Thanks 👀
Your welcome mate 👀
Great, could be the only driver video I would even need😂
Extremely helpful Nick. Thanks very much for sharing. Unfortunately the split screen views effectively hide the orientation of the clubface at P2 and P3. Do you have another video which we can look at to see this please? Regards Ian. PS Now found Pt 2 which provides the views I am looking for!
Excellent stuff! I'm using it.
Thats awesome thanks
great video. I saw you pulled your right hill just before ball contacted/impact ? please explains, is it some kind of compensate action ? Thx Nick
Brilliant thanks
Thanks for watching
Awesome video. I desperately want to be able to do this. I will practice it all winter.
Good luck Johnny
Great video
Thanks Larry
Tosi hyviä nämä sinun videot👍🙂
Kiitos
Excellent video. I notice that there is no emphasis on hips opening to pull the club down into position 6, as we encounter in traditional instruction. It seems that its hip sway to the left that accomplishes the descent of the arms and club with retained lag into position 6. Please advise, do I have this correct? Thank you for wonderful instruction. You and Rob Cheney are quite a team!
Great videos do you have a video for seniors with restricted back turn
Hello! Thank you for this video!. All my woods, hybrids and irons are stack n tilt minus my driver.. that's my weakest point of slicing. I'm going to try this method... does shaft loft matters at all?
Great stuff, any thoughts of snapping wrists thru impact, as I always have done?
Yes this can work if you have enough lag in the downswing
Is this also for a 3w from the tee????
So do you push off your right leg/foot, or does it just follow the stacked left side?
Hey Nick, at P6 I occasionally don’t seem to get my hands over my right leg and there’s a gap there like the one you mention. Is the reason for this likely due to my arms are getting disconnected or is that typically caused by something else? Awesome video again by the way.
You must be unhinging the wrists too early and casting the Golf club
@@NickTaylorGolf thanks Nick! Now on my way to watch one of your videos on wrist hinge.
Do you hit power fades with this swing by changing the ball position only?
How high do you tee up the ball?
Do you incorporatea forward pelvic tilt prior or at impact when hitting the driver?
Slight tilt at setup and increases at impact
But how do you actually start the downswing. Eg with the right leg?
Very helpful, but it's hard the transition between P6 to P7. How to be square at the impact, most of time ma face is too opened (then slice), sometime too closed (then push left or hook).
does the technique work with the driver too?
How do I get more distance with less loft on my driver? Is it how high I am teeing the ball?
There are a number of variables, it depends on your angle of attack, launch, speed and spin
Nick I'm getting the power but my ball flight is very low. What can I do about it?
Low with what clubs?
@@NickTaylorGolf Nick the longer clubs say hybrids and even driver. It feels like I'm swinging too flat? I'm crushing the rest.
How in the H do I learn all these MOVES? You make it look easy this is a tough game give me some tips HOW?
Can I send a video for you to critique
Hi Nick, this is all great stuff but seems way too much to take in and remember. I find having just one swing thought is enough for me to cope with!
Me too
🥃
Thanks for watching Audrey 🏌️♀️
When the title says “swing in slo motion” could you please show me the whole swing in slow motion and the time it begins instead of 3 frames at a time? So many instructional videos do this. I’m new to stack and tilt and what I like about it is that the key positions occur naturally without conscious thought.
There's only one guy to check out if you're interested in stack and tilt, Joe Saguto.
I was expecting this to be easier and quite a bit different from a conventional swing 🤷🏻♂️
Why aint there no dtl view it dosnt look like your club is exiting enough around your body. This might be a partial SnT lesson, you also havent noted anything about right shoulder staying down at impact. Ill stay in the seguto golf camp but thanks.
I enjoy your videos however they are filled with to much data on the swing for a average golfer....simplicity is better
Thanks im glad you enjoy them, i like to explain in detail and I understand that this will put a lot of viewers off but there are plenty of other instructors out there providing simple instruction
Sorry but you are not addressing the ball with the original Stack and Tilt set up. It's nothing like the Stack and tilt.
I'm 73 and a retired Master Golfsmith. Sorry to bum your fiddle.
U repeat everything too much
Thanks for watching Laz
Your swing looks nothing like your description. Swing looks like a typical driver swing not a ST swing. Description is ST
Far to much talk repeating himself
