Eat healthy, exercise, take baby aspirin as well as vitamin tabs, eat fermented cabbage such as Sauerkraut & kimchi, take one spoon of extra virgin olive oil and apple cider vinegar, drink matcha green tea and sleep well. That's what I've done and just celebrated my 90th birthday lately. 😊
Wow, congratulations on 90 amazing years! 🎉🎂 Your routine is a treasure trove of health wisdom. Do you have a favorite way to enjoy sauerkraut or kimchi, or do you keep it simple and straight from the jar? 🥬✨
Love the enthusiasm. Why no mention of oxalates? Supplements? Stopping damaging activities---switching from a belt (bad) to suspenders (good)? Stretching exercises to relieve muscular (lack of) on the kidney area? No mention of fat/protein?
The most underrated superfood for reversing kidney damage is moringa. It's packed with antioxidants, reduces inflammation, and helps protect kidney cells. Plus, it’s natural and easy to add to your diet, like in teas or smoothies. Most people don’t know about it, but it’s like a hidden gem for kidney health! Have you ever tried moringa?

Be careful with the Walnuts, they are moderately high in oxalates and dandelion is very high in oxalates. Oxalates can affect Kidneys in a bad way 🙏🏿
