Haha one class we made our teacher cry an she quit. The school brought in a sub who just told us old war stories. He ended up staying on full time throughout the year, homeboy was dope.
I got that beat.. Senior year my english teacher had a baby like a month into the year and we had a substitute the whole rest of the year.. It was this old Pakistani dude that didnt give a fuckkkk about anything. We never opened a book. Never took a test. Never had homework or classwork. He spent the entire class period drawing students names in cool fonts on index cards to post inside our lockers. Not kidding.. That is literally all he did. Day in and day out just drawing names all fancy like. Can't blame him tho. He was getting paid to chill all day and be one of the homies. If you didnt wanna come to class you just tell him ahead of time and he had your back.. Dude was like 80 years old but the funniest old man i ever met. Mr Manda was a true OG
I met Robert Hansen and shook his clammy hand. True story: In 1982 I worked at a convenience store in Fairview, an Anchorage community surrounding a main drag. His bakery was creatively named "Hansen's Bakery" and was next door to the QwikStop in the strip mall on Gambell. It was early morning and I happened to be ending shift as the "night guy". Through the glass door to the hallway and his bakery I saw Mr. Hansen and thought I'd step over and meet this dude who owned the donut place next door. We bought donuts from, of course. I'm very tall and I remember him looking up at me with an expressionless face and those same glasses you see at 15:50 in this video. He softly said "hi" in a voice that sounded like he was talking to himself. "Not a real outgoing guy", I thought to myself. But I admired him for starting up his own gig and making the American Dream happen for him. I hopped in my car and went home, not knowing I had just met a man who had either recently finished a "hunt" or was getting ready for his next. I shook the hand of a serial killer, not long before he was caught. Eww. This is a true story and I will never forget the look on his face.
To be honest, if I came running out of the woods, literally butt naked, with a handcuff on my wrist and obvious signs of abuse, I too would be offended at being asked to take a lie detector test.
No kidding. You have this girl ending up like this, giving exact details that matched up to a man she never knew and would have no reason to frame, and somehow THAT'S not good enough for police... But a psychological profile IS? What the absolute duck
The woman who escaped was really smart for realizing that she would’ve been killed if she didn’t escape right away. That’s so terrifying to think about what could’ve happened to her if she didn’t jump out of the plane.
If she didn’t escape she might’ve been one of those women who will never be identified. What a horrific story I hope that bastard suffered when he died
I've heard this story so many times, and it's still my number one fear. Absolutely terrifying. The mental torture thinking I'm free to be hunted is absolutely horrifying. Cindy is and was a hero.
@@Deverik1981she’s a hero, because she knew she could still be hunted if she came forward. Most people who come forward about something become outed to the media And the murderers could then see her identity and legal name (which could be used for tracking) She also tried her best to help the police as much as possible ALSO the idea of someone surviving such a horrible thing can make someone a hero in other people’s eyes (as an inspiration type thing)
It's just crazy to me that a teenager who is clearly terrified, can describe everything about this man perfectly and was found running half naked down the road with handcuffs on is not enough evidence to say this is the guy. That's wild.
%1 of his stories are actual good OMG people I meant good as in a positive outcome man a lot of you are Aholes I love his stories get a life jerks man stop being so toxic
Strive for bigger goals! Though I do feel you 😉 I don't want to end up as a story, but if I had to.,..I want Mr. Ballen to tell my tale in story format!
I always heard it’s better to die trying to escape then to be taken to a second location, where a much worse fate usually awaits you - and this story confirms why
Definitely the case! Even if she was handcuffed with gun raised at her, she should try and take the chance while in the car to try and cause a head on collision, this is only way to get attention and if someone is pointing a gun at you, then it's only soon or later that they kill you. So may as well try cause a visible accident before being taken to perpetuators place.
Yeah. I'd rather die on my own terms than theirs. Even if there is no "worse fate", I'd force them to kill me just so they don't get the satisfaction of doing it how they want.
This is true. The bad guy wants to move you for a reason. They don’t totally control the place where they nab you, but they DO totally control the place they want to bring you. Your situation will only get worse in a second location. Fight like hell, run, scream but don’t go willingly.
I remember reading a short story called “Dangerous Game” in middle school. It was about a hunter who washed up on an island after a shipwreck and found a rich hunter living there who loved to hunt dangerous animals and had made a sport of hunting humans who washed up on the island. The rest of the story followed the protagonist being forced to play a twisted game of cat and mouse with the rich hunter.
Was just thinking about this. In my freshman year I read that and I thought that this was awfully similar to that. But this came after that was written I believe. Possible he read it and thought, "Oh cool, I'm going to do this"
Good book. It is called "the most dangerous game in the world " written by Richard Connell in 1924. A classic in the early 20th century horror literature.
I thought the same. Let's discount all this other overwhelming evidence on the simple "yeah, he was with us". Reminds me somewhat of the Paul Bernardo serial killer investigation...such ineptitude.
@@portal258X I think it's moreso the justice system's fault. @@robertmedina5997 damn that's pretty narrow minded and frankly stupid. They wouldn't have been able to do anything without substantial proof against Robert.
@@robertmedina5997 The police had no legal basis to get, Hansen, to take a lie detector test. But, they could have put a tracking; device on his vehicle and looked to see where he went, if any kind of a pattern emerges. Over time, it would have. Then using a pretext, they could have questioned him. Discrepancies would soon become apparent, leading to more questions. There's little doubt that inconsistencies would occur. As, Abraham Lincoln, famously said, "To be a good liar, you better have a damn good memory". Most people don't. That's how most criminals get caught.
I'm also imagining how many bodies are undiscovered in that general area. I mean, if people just discovered three by accident in an area that is so sparsely populated, imagine how many are buried or laying around in the open and just haven't been found.

@Michael McGrath, She already knew she would be his victim. That's why she ran. If a potential victim sees the killers face. It's obvious they're not going to let her go. She can identify them.
Part of this torture that seems to get overlooked is that fact this was in Alaska and these women had to run with no clothes on for hours or days. So not only are they handcuffed and blindfolded but they are freezing. That makes it even worse.
Cindy: escapes, remembers every single detail, left her shoe behind on the plane to show she had been there, takes the police everywhere they need to go. Police: well like...his friend said he was with him so...you should take a lie detector test
wait so let me get this straight. The girl ran out of the woods half naked, with a handcuff, told the police her story in vivid detail with nothing left out. Led them to the hanger where the plane was where she left her shoe, some guy who was working at the airport said the owner looked suspicious, they went to the guys house and everything was exactly as she had described it, but they guys friends said he was with them so they were like, "well, he must be innocent."
My question, nowadays I wonder how many false alibi there must be. I mean, you never know how can a cop truly believe a 'witness' hug ng his/her friend an alibi that they were with them. Disgusting.😳😡
@@VerbalVantage if a fuckin profiler is enough for a raid into his house then her story should have been WAYYY more than enough. it's disgusting tbh and i wouldn't have taken the lie detector test either all those cops deserve the worst
IMO that's not 10 steps ahead, but I don't go around liking and trusting people. It's about the intent people have. You might be looking for a friend, they are looking to dahmer your ass.
@@rahulmenon4357 You’d be surprised how charismatic those types of people can be. Serial Killers have to be extremely cunning so they don’t get caught. And that cunning allows them to manipulate people with ease
Let's not forget that this happened decades ago. But the fact that they doubted her story RIGHT AWAY when she refused the lie detector kinda proves they'd rather believe the perpetrator at the time. Why? Coz of her job. It's just sad how they've already got a bunch of cold murder/missing person cases in the area and they chose not to lean heavily on the first major lead they had.
Some people always love to say that police should presume innocence in people who are clear suspects to rape/murder, defend bad policework and the illusiveness of murderers being followed by said negligent police, all while police automatically assume a survivor of such a crime is a liar if they don't want to take a lie detector test. Make the fucking suspect take the lie detector test! He had MUCH more reason to lie than she did. Her history also influenced how they saw her, and his too. He was a hunter, a businessman, a property owner, owned a plane, etc etc. They viewed him as higher in status compared to some lowlife prostitute kid in their eyes. If that wasn't the case they would've never treated her like that.
That girl is an absolute bad ass. Only 17 and realized he was not going to let her go and she had to try and escape and risk dying then to prevent the guarantee of death later. She remembered the hanger, the plane, the man. She did everything right. Also, I don't blame her for not doing the polygraph. I'm glad she got out of town. I hope her life got better from there.
She could probably also see how little the cops cared and seemingly were looking for reasons to disbelieve her. In the face of all she gave them, plus the airfield security guard's information -- the dude's two friends saying they were with him is hardly "a rock solid alibi"!
Little_Lion_Heart : She tells the cops about being chained up and assaulted in his basement, but when they have a chance to look around his house they don't go down into the basement? Just what the F? Frigging clown show could've cost someone else their life. Oh.And I guess those asshats never stopped to consider his alibis were lying for him?
Never cover for your friends. You’re teaching them their actions don’t have consequences, and there’s always a small possibility you’re putting people at risk.
refusing to take a lie detector test isn't a sign of guilt or trying to hide something. its pretty common knowledge that those things are notoriously unreliable so lots of people refuse to take them out of fear that they might have a false positive and wrongly incriminate them.
Right? Like imagine if she had taken the lie detector test and it tested her as a liar, then police would have completely gone the other direction with her case, and even in finding the new evidence they may have tried to search for another suspect cause "Well Cindy said it was this guy, but our lie detector said she was lying, so it must not be him"
Cindy is a Hero. She was only 17. She suffered at his hands & managed to escape a serial killer & saved so many other girls from suffering the same fate. I do hope Cindy is in a good place & living the life she always wanted to
You must have missed the part where Cindy didn't call the police it was the hotel clerk who involved the cops not Cindy it was only after she had to talk to authorities that she did, say someone who sees a fire and doesn't say anything...is that a hero? After she didn't alert the cops immediately Cindy wasn't believed initially she skipped town, if anyone is the hero it's the hotel clerk who called the cops

Don't forget the motel clerk. While the security guard might not have tied the situation to a crime (keeping in mind a plane's owner would generally be an upper middle class person), he still jotted down the license plate. That was good on him for being a good observer. The clerk made the effort to call the police based on something not seeming to be right with the young guest. That got the 'ball rolling' as far as getting the murderer attention that would eventually be his undoing. On a side note, that was disturbing that a couple people corroborating a simple story could derail the entire young victim's timeline of events, especially considering she had many details up to and including a plane (where the security guard confirmed tying the guy to the girl's story).
@@culcune: You are so very correct. I mean, don't police know that family and friends will definitely LIE for someone they care about?? Alibis should only be like what polygraph tests are: Just a tool on the way to the truth behind crimes.

I actually had a very similar situation in Waycross Georgia in 2008. I was on my way back to college, it was late (11PM-ish), and I was stopped at a stop sign trying to figure out which way to go (no GPS). As I was sitting there (no traffic at the overpass) looking at a map, a lady jumped in the passenger side and just said "drive", which I did. I was kinda freaked out, but I got her away from there and ended up taking her to the police department. Apparently her bf had gotten high on coke and started beating the shit of of her and she ran with him coming after her. People are fucking psycho.
The idea of him hunting those poor women is horrifying. I can't imagine how terrified they must have felt, slowly realising that there was no escape and they were going to die, even though they'd tried so hard to get away.
Yes actually she did. I saw a show on this and it said she went back to the streets but not for hooking. She now helps other hookers get off the streets
The fact those guys corroborated his stories to give him an alibi… ridiculous. I hope they feel guilty that they potentially helped him get away with murder for much longer than necessary.
@@cookiesnmilk9200 They were threatened with perjury but I believe the charge was dropped in exchange for them testifying against him. Which I agree, really sucks. You shouldn't get away with lying to the police during an investigation.
@@teradavis7811 That's the definition of alibi. In this country proof is required for guilt. We don't require people to prove they're innocent. Wow… 2 years I’ve been watching mr Ballen… I’ve watched all his vids, and now shorts, and he never ceases to teach me something more about the strange occurrences that happen in this world.
The moral of the story is: never ever comply with anyone who asks you to lie to the police and be an alibi for them! You will not only protect yourself but could possibly save a current victim & future victims of serial killers.
If someone said they needed an alibi, I’d lie and say I would be one but when the time would come for me to make good on my promise, well, a promise and a law aren’t the same thing, I can make a promise, but unlike a law, I don’t need to hold true to it
As I recall he told them he was with prostitutes and thats why he needed the alabi. Alaska in the '80s was still wild and overwhelmingly male. Whats weird is how many serial killers were operating in the Pacific NW at the same time. So many ultra young prostitutes then too.

It's just hilarious to me in a way though, because people will be fascinated by these types of stories and they will easily see how real it is that evil people exist in our world - people who are psychologically evil predators. But then their brains do some type of amazing short-circuiting thing when you attempt to explain to them that these types of people are the people who run the world. They will sit there and deny it for hours, no matter how much research you have done and no matter how much evidence you give them to prove it. Evil people exist. Period. And they figured out (10s of thousands of years ago, if not longer) that if they all come together and work in unity to psychologically dominate and enslave the masses that they can become the "gods" of the earth. The evidence is OVERWHELMING if you actually do your research. But I can already see people trying to attack me for saying this now... Lol the mind-control and programming is incredibly strong. Wake up people. You ARE slaves. Your only hope is to pursue your freedom at all costs. Educate yourselves and your friends and family. Do your research. Knowledge and awareness is the first step.
I totally understand why Cindy took off; when the police start looking at YOU as the trouble maker, it’s only a matter of time before you’re locked up, instead of the the actual perpetrator.
That's especially true for sex workers. It's even worse that in most places a trafficking victim will do more time for the forced prostitution than the people who sold them.
Not to mention Cindy probably knew that her results would be impacted by her having recently been horribly assaulted and being forced to flee for her life. She was so scared the whole time that the polygraph would have surely implied she was lying. Even if they wanted to polygraph Robert too, if most people pit the words of a hysteric woman, a prostitute no less, against the words of a clean white man that kept his cool under pressure and freely let police investigate him... Tbh, I'd get the hell out too.
@@mickefy The Police didn't distrust her; they needed more than a single testimony in order to get a search warrant, they needed more evidence on Robert. There was also another possibility that could not be ruled out in their minds as they investigated... she could be an angry ex girlfriend, that's why she knew all of those specific details. They of course believed her story, but they needed sonething to compel a judge to find just cause to issue a search warrant on a person's property. In this case... it was the results of the lie detector. That would prompt a judge to issue a search warrant, therefore allowing them to gather the evidence they needed to convict Robert. Police can't just charge into someone's property and flip it upside down. Judges can't just give search warrants out like candy otherwise the State can be sued. This is going to sound like victim blaming... but Cindy should have taken the lie detector.
@@JamesMerlaut Lie detector tests aren't viable bases for legal documents like warrants. The judge could have signed off the warrant without any further evidence if the officers stated reasonable suspicion; if there wasn't enough evidence to support that suspicion before the LDT, the LDT wasn't going to make any difference.
Cindy perfectly described the man, the car driven, the inside of the house, ths hangar, and the plane. A securify guard even noticed suspicious activity of the same plane owner and got a locense plate number. Yet, that somehow wasn't enough to get a search warrant of his house.
Does anyone else completely forget that he hides something because they are completely captivated by his voice and the story?!? I know it’s not just me!!
Yeah, I use this like a podcast because his storytelling is so good that his voice alone is enough to visualize the whole thing. Even when I've watched because of there being a picture or video with the story, though, I'm too distracted by the story to find the secret.
Just knowing those men lied to save Robert without knowing what he did. Ultimately making the police completely distrust a survivor is maddeningly frustrating.
I'm with the other people here who have said they probably knew what he did and may have taken part in either the rapes and/or the murders. They should have been arrested and charged for providing false alibis.
It’s so hard to not support the death penalty when coming across cases like this. The unimaginable amount of horror those girls went though... I just couldn’t imagine. The only sense of justice would have to be delivered through the hands of another lifer.

I keep thinking that ghosts, demons, crocs , sharks all these deadly stuff are the most scary stuff, however I forgot that humans really are the most terrifying
Well judging by the story at that time after they had just finished talking to the serial killer and looked around his house everything would match the description cindy would give but like he said their was no evidence of an abuse in the house and the killer said he was with his friends the night before so they go to the friends interview them one by one and sadly their stories would consult with eachother, even though most of the police forces knew or suspected he was the killer they could not make an arrest without evidence, cindy may have been the evidence but the police cant trust her because the house didn't show any signs of her being abused their, and so they had to either run with what the serial killer had said or suspect that cindy is lying (which at that time seeed like the only answer even though they had reason to suspect this man was the serial killer they were looking for.)
So, tell me. The suspect has not one, but two people supporting his alibi. There is no physical evidence at the property. The victim is describing the house, car, and plane in detail (obviously she has been there). She could have been an ex-girlfriend or he could have been a John and she was trying to frame him. What did you expect the police to do? Obviously it didn't turn out that way, but the police can't just arrest people with no evidence at all.
What makes me love these videos so much is that they are straight to the point, factual, and don't exaggerate it to make it seem worse. For some reason the fact MrBallen doesn't exaggerate these stories make them that much more terrifying. Plus the calm tone adds a lot to it

I never thought of that. But mostly he’s an awesome narrator. Very well spoken and not stuffy or acting over educated, although you can tell he’s extremely intelligent. Just a cool dude that got his shit straight and can communicate all these fascinating stories.
We Alaskans call him the Butcher Baker. My parents told me they use to go to his bakery shop to get bread. It is super scary to think how close everyone was to him and none of them knew just how much of a monster he was.
There's only one thing that annoys me about this channel. Every time a new video arrives I go to read the description, then I remember I have to scroll all the way to the bottom to close the description and see the comments. It's a minor annoyance every single time lol.
This is so infuriating because even though Cindy was traumatized and terrified after being assaulted and almost killed she still did everything she could to get the police to catch this guy and they even with all the evidence and support they just left it which resulted in the death of more women. Cindy is incredible brave and selfless for doing what she did and I hope she was able to recover from what happened.
I learned that living in the same neighbourhood at the time that the Yorkshire ripper was killing women every couple of weeks. The police didn’t take any of it seriously, it was just sex workers. Until he started to kill ‘’ innocent women’’ there words not mine. as if somehow it was ok to kill some women but not the innocent ones. My heart really goes out to these women in this video. It doesn’t matter that they were prostitutes or dancers or whatever. They were women. Their lives matter. And hopefully somehow Cindy will see that because of her testimony, many lives were saved and families got closure.

@@TheChzoronzon I mentioned it for several reasons. The first is that it stated here that the police and others tend to not even make an effort to find missing prostitutes, transgender, or simply person's of a different social group. Secondly, man y rapists and murderers pick these people because they know those cases don't get the same attention as other classes get. Many times no one even knows that they are missing. Just like the guy with the pig farm. He killed over 100 women in what others consider to be a low class person. He knew it would hardly be looked into. I've also heard police admit that they r less likely to believe women who are in what they call "a lower class of people". I have a daughter who is trans. And the treatment she has gotten just in her job alone is just ridiculous. I see the tears every night. I see the hurt and pain. People need to treat every e equally regardless. I know the hurt and pain of being abused by my birth parents, and in foster care and as an adult in an abusive marriage. And I know the pain of these things. I know how it aches. I've never been in this group of people, but I can only imagine what it's liken to be assaulted and have no one listen to them. To be accused of lying. To be told it didn't matter cuz they asked for it. Or some say oh they r on drugs so they deserve what they got. No one deserves to be violated...(I'll make the exception for child molesters, rapists, murderers.....Even animal abusers. A defense attorney will tell you no to. She wasn’t a suspect, her “attorney” was the state. Like you said it isn’t admissible and Police departments haven’t used polygraphs for evidence in decades. More than likely they were using it to see how she would react to taking one. So her refusing and leaving town didn’t help.
@@shane9515 Penn & Teller did an episode of _Bullshit!_ about that. Apparently beating a polygraph is really easy, anyone can do it if they understand how it works.
US law enforcement put way too much stock in polygraphs. This is a good example of someone who refused to take one even though she was almost certainly telling the truth. It shouldn't be viewed as suspicious but it basically is.
Fun fact: the guy who invented the lie detector test really regretted inventing it and repeatedly warned against its use as evidence in court. He said it’s not reliable or predictable. She was right to decline to be subjected to it. And right to be offended especially when the guy at the airport and the guy who drove her confirmed her version. Declining to be subjected to a lie detector doesn’t mean guilt, it’s known among the public the device is highly unreliable. If it gave her a false positive, she could have been arrested for false report on that alone. So she was right to say no. The police’s bias clouded their judgement. She is a sex worker.. he is a respected businessman. They didn’t push past it once they got got the false alibi from the neighbors cuz police will always favor the higher class. It's easy to say that now that you know what happened (insight is always 20/20). At the time, she did describe things in detail. But given that the police didn't see anything unusual and had witnesses to confirm where he was, made it seem like she might of been wrong. @@juancarlosrodriguez6738 Well, actually I don't think it's strange at all. He already had a speech impediment and was determined to be well liked in a community with straight laced normal law abiding citizens. I mean, he owned a bakery. I think it may have stopped him from getting many dates or he was too shy? His true behavior could (likely) stems from childhood. I would love to know more about how he grew up. Anyways, he picked girls who were "vulnerable" as he told police. The girls who he saw as very needy, lonely and were likely not to be missed too much considering the industry they were in. They aren't as street smart as they haven't really lived long enough to gain experience with the really horrible things in life, I mean they likely fled their homes from really bad situations which left them very vulnerable & not much time to gain a solid footing in life. Running from one horrible thing to another. Teens and early 20s are still naive to a degree regardless of what they've been through. Not only that but their critical thinking skills are not quite developed fully yet making it just one more vulnerability playing in his favor. This guy was a coward through and through. Definitely not an Alpha & in prison the Alphas can smell a beta a mile away. I hope he got all sorts of nasty things happen in jail. He felt like that because he was like that, a coward.

She could probably also see how little the cops cared and seemingly were looking for reasons to disbelieve her.
In the face of all she gave them, plus the airfield security guard's information -- the dude's two friends saying they were with him is hardly "a rock solid alibi"!

refusing to take a lie detector test isn't a sign of guilt or trying to hide something. its pretty common knowledge that those things are notoriously unreliable so lots of people refuse to take them out of fear that they might have a false positive and wrongly incriminate them.
I was thinking the same thing during the video.
Right? Like imagine if she had taken the lie detector test and it tested her as a liar, then police would have completely gone the other direction with her case, and even in finding the new evidence they may have tried to search for another suspect cause "Well Cindy said it was this guy, but our lie detector said she was lying, so it must not be him"

If someone said they needed an alibi, I’d lie and say I would be one but when the time would come for me to make good on my promise, well, a promise and a law aren’t the same thing, I can make a promise, but unlike a law, I don’t need to hold true to it

But then their brains do some type of amazing short-circuiting thing when you attempt to explain to them that these types of people are the people who run the world.

@@TrineDaely Yes!! The laws need to change to PROTECT those workers so they’re not afraid to seek help.
Not to mention Cindy probably knew that her results would be impacted by her having recently been horribly assaulted and being forced to flee for her life.

Same thing happened to me in my 20s, in WA. I had stopped for directions, and as I got back in my car a man in his 40's, roundish puffy face, thinning blonde hair, approached and said he was a photographer. He wanted me to go with him. I declined, said I'd take his card. He didn't have one, and tried to convince me several more times, that I also declined, until he walked away. Cindys bravery making a run for it has saved many others lives
As someone who studied psychology it makes me so angry that the justice system would care so much about lie detector tests.
What does that have to do with anything? They had an alibi, they did nothing wrong. Nobody cares what you study

This is so infuriating because even though Cindy was traumatized and terrified after being assaulted and almost killed she still did everything she could to get the police to catch this guy and they even with all the evidence and support they just left it which resulted in the death of more women. Cindy is incredible brave and selfless for doing what she did and I hope she was able to recover from what happened.
rich people privilege. the police doesn't go after wealthy people unless they absolutely have to.
You are totally right too there are two justice systems in this country, one for the rich and one for the poor, it's insane what you can get away with if you have money. Sad too what happened to Cindy with the lie detector BS too when lie detectors are famously not admissible in court because they are pseudoscience nonsense that don't prove one way or another if someone is lying or not, they only prove someone is nervous.
My heart really goes out to these women in this video. It doesn’t matter that they were prostitutes or dancers or whatever. They were women. Their lives matter. And hopefully somehow Cindy will see that because of her testimony, many lives were saved and families got closure.
If it doesn't matter, why do you mention it? Same as they gender, and the commentary that their lives matter... of course they matter, same as any human life...and your barely represed prejudices rear their ugly heads everywhere, champ... one can just hope someday you "Wokers" realize how much damage you do with this kind of speech.
You do know people are idiot's yes? This person was just clarifying that it doesn't matter what your gender is and what you do for a living. Have you ever been on other apps besides youtube? Do you know how quick people are to judge someone with one small piece of information?
But I also believe in our justice system and I believe in God and heaven and hell. Its not my place to be the judge, jury and executioner.
So have a little compassion and pull your head out of your back side. Be a human being.

Craziest part is lie detectors aren’t admissible as evidence in court, and refusing to take them is the recommended move any attorney will suggest
This is because if you lie in one of the test questions or clench your butt you can beat the detector so its not able to be used
A defense attorney will tell you no to.
I didn't know that they weren't admissible. Why are they so often suggested, then?

It wasn’t till the profiler nailed him that they actually believed her story. Despite the overwhelming evidence.

@@juancarlosrodriguez6738 Well, actually I don't think it's strange at all. He already had a speech impediment and was determined to be well liked in a community with straight laced normal law abiding citizens. I mean, he owned a bakery. That's a pretty likeable job in the eyes of a nice little community. His speech impediment most likely left him craving the feeling of fitting in & was probably bullied in school. That to me has coward written all over it. He made dang sure that he had all the power over already powerless girls (in so many ways). The ages tell a story. He picked teens.
