    This is so cool! This video was on my recommended list, and I always wanted to know more about the history of different foods. I’m glad I decided to watch this 😊

    I remember my first wonderful experience of sake with Masataka Shirakashi San at the Kenbishi sake factory in Hyogo Prefecture.

    Completely unrelated to the video... I find it fascinating how english native speakers have a "hard" time pronouncing japanese phonetics vs latin speaking languages which is way "easier".
    Amazing work btw... It showed so much passion for the work done that it made me want to learn more about sake.

      English speakers are more likely to see Latin. Latin is often used for legal terms, some math terms, and science terms.
