Japan is famous for many things: beautiful temples, incredible food, great baseball players, and of course, sake. In this episode of Al-kee-hol, Vice’s Yuka Uchida (of poo wine fame) and her friend Cindee delve into the more traditional world of sake. From a centuries-old brewery to an izakaya with an explosive way of opening sake bottles, the girls experience the whole spectrum of sake-drinking in the Tokyo.

I love the culture and respect of the Japanese people, fascinating.
It's more Irish whiskey and craft beer for me, but it'd be crazy awesome if I tried some sake if I ever get the chance to go to Japan.
Yuka Uchida sounds like she learned her English in Australia, just the way she sometimes says things, it just sounds a little Australian haha
