What’s funny is that Frank was more of a REAL gangster than 99.999% of these rappers
And yet all of his songs have so much more class then the majority of mainstream rap “songs” now a days.
@@darkmage212so true and we will never get anyone close to this man again and it's sad.
@@haydenwaters868 seth macfarlane also makes frank sinatra like songs search it up
Man was a true example of classy
@garybrown2717 he wasn't even a wannabe, genius. He was a celebrity with some mob connections. That's all
This is a "final stand" song, the kind that plays when a character is facing down the villain's army and know they're not getting out alive.
Hell yea
I feel this more when the battle is done and the character leaning up against the wall slowly dying. Maybe he won the fight, maybe he fought long enough for the other characters to finish the fight. Either way he begins to reflect on his life as he dies and decides, “this is a good end”
I've always heard it as a villain who succeeded looking back on his empire in victory
I have always had a vision of an old man on his deathbed speaking his final goodbyes to his family and friends
The Butch Cassidy and Sundance Kid syndrome.
Hell yeah frank music chill asf
Big facts 💯
My grandfather that ran his own company since the age of 17 passed away last year and within his will he requested this song to be played at his funeral. I loved this song before bit famn does it gives me chills and almost tear up everytime I hear it. Watching you enjoy it has made my day.
This is so beautiful and heartwarming. Thank you for sharing it with all of us. Your grandfather sounds like one hardworking man to have run his own company since he was 17... Massive respect to that gentleman.
My husband requested I do the same when his day comes. Thank you for sharing ❤. My condolences 💐
Sorry for your loss
🔥🔥🔥 Reaction!!! This is a man's man song - y'all better put some RESPECT on Ole Blue Eye's name!!!
I've got arrangements for this song to be played at my funeral. This song represents how I live my life
@@jacobdowell9526 And I bet you have lived and are living a damn good life YOUR way! 💪🏻
Yessir
Using that crap pos bird man said actually is disrespectful
@@MrGundam0083 What?
Sinatra is fire af, love this!
Yas!!!
Every mans song!
Oh HELL yeah!!! That's almost verbatim what I said to him!!! I said that if there ever was a man's man song, that this would be it. I was so happy that he actually did it! I had my daughter knowing who the members of the Rat Pack were!!!
Back when you really had to sing,
No auto tune.
No fixing your voice up with a computer.
Just you and a mic.
Who cares? Both can be done well and both can be done badly, what difference does it make
still singers out here like that but they arent rewarded. I also see merit in tuned stuff used well, but I do thinjk the industry doesnt incentivize this music these days. but thats time I suppose. check out still alive by the 8 bit band :)
@@barry4649 Talent > Auto Tune
@@barry4649 only one takes actual talent.
@@Marklennon using auto tune doesn’t mean you have no talent, it’s just a different style of music. If you’re using it because you can’t sing then fair enough but if you’re using it to make an experimental sound like say Travis Scott or Kanye West that obviously takes talent too
Written for Frank Sinatra by Paul Anka in 1968. Sinatra had been in showbiz for over 30 years when he recorded it and was contemplating retirement. He had ALOT of ups and downs in his public life and was known for doing it his way. After a short retirement he came back and performed until 1995. Singing this song all over the world 🎶
Written by Paul Anka? Didn't know that. Put Your Head On My Shoulder is a classic!
The song was originally a French song called Comme d’habitude then Paul Anka gave the song new English lyrics
Fun fact: David Bowie also submitted lyrics for the song that eventually became 'My Way', they were rejected, Bowie heard 'My Way', got pissed off that he missed out and took some of the underlying musical structures of 'My Way', reworked it a bit, wrote some new lyrics to the new piece and out came his own classic - Life on Mars.
@@neilomac Woah 😳 Thank you SO MUCH for telling us this!!! Wow. See! Now THIS is why I love reactions like this - not only bc of the reactor, but bc of the comments. I love learning new things and this is amazing 💙
Reminds me of the time frank was on stage and forgot the words, so he started to cry and whisper “I’m so sorry” into his microphone, then starting from the VERY very back, a man screams “ITS OK FRANK. WE LOVE YOU. WERE HERE AND WE LOVE YOU” as everyone joined in applause and lead him back into his song, absolutely beautiful
"Ain't that a kick in the head" by Dean Martin is a good one
YASSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!
We need us some Rat Pack up in the beetch!
Tyler - if we want him to do reactions to these people, we have to get the views up
Oh i liked that one. Thanks for your suggestion.
Fantastic song
Frank Sinatra New York anthem was replaced by Jay Z's Empire State. The guy Stevie tried to suggest was a pedophile yestetday lol.
This song has been covered so many times but this is the best he made it his own. You will love any Sinatra number a completely unique voice.
The sal guy from America's got talent did a cover and it's almost exactly like franks. Look it up. He did it justice
Seth mcfarlane covers it and it's insane
Franks version is a cover as well. This is a French chanson called Comme D'habitude written by Claude Francois and Jaques Revaux. It's about France Gall, a famous French singer. The song was very famous in Europe before Frank did his version. Paul Anka just wrote the English lyrics.
@Alamea S I said there has been many covers even sid vicious did one so when I said this is the best I hope implied this was best cover. Knew that it was originally French did not remember Paul Anka did the translation. Thanks for that.😊🤗👍
@@lynette. 👍😊
Frank Sinatra "That's Life" is perfect for a reaction! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Yas!!!
Sinatra was the coolest and the best of the best of his time. He could still fill arenas in his 60s and 70s. No one sings like Sinatra although there has been many who tried.
I think he was at his best with the rat pack.
A surprise to be sure, but a welcome one 🙌
This song means so much to me-my dad passed away 2 years ago from Alzheimer’s and we played this as he passed. The strange thing was he suddenly was able to hum the song and squeeze our hands as he took his last breath. He did live his lie “his way” and was such a positive and hardworking man. He came from nothing in a town of 199 people to marrying my mom and having 4 children. He started 4 businesses that now employee thousands-so I felt like he handled his life with pride , grit and determination. He did it His WY! Love you Dad “A. Rex Johnson. Miss you more everyday!
he meant that sh@t, this hit so hard for me right now.. and its 2022.. this is timeless music right here.
I saw Frank Sinatra live when he was in his 80s and he sounded the same as this! He sang just as strong in person! Great entertainer!
Check out old WW2 era footage of young Frank in concert with masses of screaming, weeping teenage girls. That phenomenon started with him. They screamed for him as much or more than they did for Elvis or the Beatles. Soldiers away at War really resented him for getting their girls so excited 😄
This is why I love Stevie! He engages in really important civic discussions and then cleanses the palate with great reactions.
I'd agree
man this song saved my life this is one of those ...... special songs cool you finally checking it out man
It's dope how you reacting to a wide arrange of music much respect to you ✊🏽✊🏽✊🏽
Music composed by french singer Claude François just licensed by Sinatra, credits for this great composer.
Thank you!!! I didn't know that!
Frank was my Grandfather's fave. (He was full blooded Italian)
When he passed, we had like 40 people singing this song in his honor.
Frank would also tell places that if they wouldn't serve Sammy Davis, or try to not let him use white folk facilities etc. He'd tell him, he wouldn't perform there.
the most unexpected reaction but this song is so good, heard it when i was leaving my old shitty job and it got me so hype.
This was the final song at my father’s funeral. He did his whole life his way, which was a good way that helped a lot of others in his community. It was a perfect final tribute to him and I am honoured to have called him my Dad.
Franks the man my granddad made me listen to him when I was a kid and he was played at his funeral
My sister and I used to dance to his songs and would get into trouble bc we would get too rowdy and make the record skip. NOBODY interrupts Frank.
Same situation with me, it was my grandfather's favorite song and we had someone sing it.
Also check out BLUE EYES MEETS BED STUY. someone remixed Frank Sinatra songs with Biggie verses. I know it sounds weird but is fire
If Stevie ain't gonna check it out, just know I RAN to that bih after this vid!!
So, I also ran to check this out - omfg this is amazing!!! Thank you SO much
Frank Sinatra is legendary within music. A lot of great songs (That's Life, Fly Me To The Moon, Theme From New York, The Way You Look Tonight, etc.).
You were so fun to watch. He was amazing.😮
frankie droppin bars back in the day. Mr. Versatile!.... "why do I know that" lmao facts
Easily the most relatable song of all time. Timeless track
I just heard this song for the first time a few weeks ago but it was a cover done by Christopher Lee (actor for Count Dooku, Saruman, Dracula) on one of the metal albums he released in his 90s before he passed away.
Unexpected but so happy to see this reaction. Frank, Dean and Sammy are still 🔥
If you have never seen the movie "Once upon a time in Hollywood " , this song definitely gives that vibe. This song brings back alot of my younger year memories of my father and uncles
Live Ur Life with Conviction.. and..Integrity.. with No Regrets... At the end of Ur Life people will still Respect and Value the WAY u lived... Bcuz u were a person of Ur Word.. and U stood for Wat u BELIEVED IN..no matter Wat... U did it...UR WAY!!!... AMEN

Frankie 🐐🔥🔥🔥 Such a Amazing Singer
“OL Blue Eyes!!”🙌🏼🙌🏼 🎶
Thx 🙏🏼 for this one Stevie! This wholesome music was/ is def. some of the best. The 50’s 60’s! I get chills every time I hear it. Classics never die! Loved your reaction. ✌🏼
This man's incredible talent was absolutely passed along....Frank is Jon Bon Jovi's uncle!!! Frank is referred to in one of Bon Jovi's famous songs....."It's My Life"!!! 🎶🎼🎵🎸🎹🥁🎧🎤🎙
WHAT. 😳
Ohmergerd!!! Thank you so much for sharing that!
Frank was his cousin.
Jon isn't related to Frank.
Jon Bonjovi himself cleared these rumors.
"We are both from New Jersey and that's all".
Frank is polarizing Live
Stage presence.
Frank met a young Man Quency Jones, who became Frank's producer, music arranger, in his Live Performances you can see Quency conducting the orchestra...
You need to check all the Rack Pack group, Frank was one of them. The original movie Ocean 11 was with them(1960). They all have excellent voices and very talented actors.
Oceans 11 with Frank is an all time fav... eoo eooo eleven haha
That song 🎵 has been everywhere
👍👏👏👏👏❤❤❤❤❤
This song just give me goosebumps
My dude. I love that you appreciate music for what it is "Saying" along with what it is saying.
Sinatra is a beast.
💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
I love watching you react to shiz like Sinatra, proper vibing! 😂😂
classic frankie, umay have heard the chorus from jay z--my way on the blueprint 2 he sampled it (altho a higher pitched version)
Ever heard any Bobby Darin? He's one of my faves from that era
Gone too soon!!!
Ol' Blue Eyes did his thing, One of my favourite singers of all time
Perfect song to every ending
Thank you for this.
💪🏻🫶🏻🫰🏻
This era of music is one of the best, can't to many people throw down the vocals like they did.
Frank Sinatra- That’s Life is a turn up song, one of my favorites
Hell yeah ! Frank, Sammy, Dean, etc. All got bangers.
Was not expecting this but I love it
This is the type of comment that I was hoping this reaction would receive!
Usually here for your Eminem reactions and bar break downs, but I absolutely loved this reaction. Ol' Blue Eyes is a favorite of mine and I cannot like this enough to show how much I appreciate your listen and reaction to him. He DOES go hard, singing from his chest. Thanks for this, Stevie.
This was dope AF Stevie, love Frank and your videos go hard, match made in heaven
Awesome to see you checking out the Chairman of the Board! Hell yes.
Top 5 lyrics of all time! The depth, height, width, and length of the meaning of the lyrics....its a life culmination. A classical ending to a well-rounded life....ending in triumph...listen to the lyrics
Thanks for the reaction, Frankie Sinatra 🙏🏿
Most commonly played song at UK funerals
I love Amy Winehouse too
My absolute favorite song! I play it every New Years ♥♥
If you were around your grandparents you would know about Frank Sinatra music. This was one of my favorite song by him
Frank's influence and scope was so widespread throughout the world for many years, that even new generations come into contact with his legacy at some point, to some extent. He was the Elvis of the 40's and early 50s.
A classic !!! Thank you!! It was dope listening it with ya!
I love that u respect the greats and give them a chance. !
Please more Frank or dean Martin or sammy or bing Crosby
So great
Getting around to ol’ blue eyes? LFG🤝
Him and Em are my fav artists.
Love the old music!!! Always reminds me of my grandparents ❤
Check out “that’s life”by Sinatra as well
A lot of the artist back then, especially Italians, had to deal with the mafia.
My fathers favorite 🎩 enjoyed this take on The song , great reaction 🔥
When you can hit those notes it's even more hype, especially if you've been singing it for a while and slowly getting better at it...
I think you got the mood of that song pretty right!
One of the evergreens! What an amazing surprise! 👏
Frank's the GOAT! You should check out "That's Life" 🔥
Dope reaction as always 👌
One song from these times I really enjoyed is "From Rags to Riches" by Tony Bennett. It was on Goodfellas with Ray Liotta and Robert De Niro, one of my favorites.
I named one of my cats Spidah from that movie!
Frank also had ties with the Italian Mafia, particularly out of Chicago. Not to take away from his music, which is amazing, but the man was literally an original gangster.
Yeah his tone was crazy
Frank Sinatra had a couple of other signature songs to one was that's life and another one with strangers in the night. The nickname people had for him was ol blue eyes ❤
The drummer kicks hard on Fly Me to the Moon
Check it out!
Bro, you have the best reaction of this song!!!
Well done. Some old classics. Always check in 👍👍👍
Frank Sinatra was one of the best crooners ever.....
More than a crooner but a fine baritone voice, floorless phrasing, faultless breath control, masterful stage presence.
Love hearing your point of view, you're very insightful, and you have a great taste!
Love it, always have.
You're nobody till somebody loves you and everybody loves somebody sometime where two of his classics that I like❤
You should check out Janis Joplin soon. Any song by her is phenomenal but you should definitely check out "Summertime" live or studio versions, "Get It While You Can" (live version), "Little Girl Blue" (either version), "Tell Mama" or "Work Me, Lord!" live version (but not the Woodstock version as her voice was shot by the time she performed that song)
You won't be disappointed
It's more of a reflection number than a motivation piece, near the end of one's life a nostalgic look/remembrance at one's journey through life.
You know a song is really special when you feel like you've heard it before
bro i did not expect this from you. So many synchronicities. LETS GO FRANK
This one made me smile Steve. Thank you.
Frank is an absolute legend! I think you'll like It Was A Very Good Year and That's Life also.
Dope reaction dawg 👌🏽
Italian men in the late 1800's and the first half of the 20th century were some of the greatest men who have ever lived. Were they alive today, the chaos that we're experiencing would not be taking place. They would have neutralized it completely. They had an understanding of what was a threat to civilization and had the spine to act. There are young people out there who are discovering this. Great to see.
Yeah boy!!! 🤣😁💯
I love Frank, check out "That's Life".
ahh to be able to listen to this song for the first time again🔥
Never thought I'd see this, this was awesome
My first time hearing that one. I really enjoyed it!
