I really appreciate that the titles and the videos themselves are focused on the exercises/movements and not on reaching specific body goals, losing weight etc.
I usually would avoid workouts like this because of the cardio but I did it as it was on the March 2024 playlist - I'm so proud of myself for getting through!! thank you for your videos Nicole and always pushing me in the best and most gentle way

Took a couple weeks off of Pilates and boy do I feel it getting back in this week. This class was tough but in a good way! Proud of myself for keeping up and finishing class… now to practice on focusing to keep correct form and firing up each muscle group. See you tomorrow, thanks for preparing these awesome classes 😅🎉
I stumbled on these classes while looking for something low impact but still challenging. These classes are great. I'm focusing on small muscle movements and ab control. The instructions are clear and the production quality is strong.

I've been doing the morning pilates classes before for a while now and wanted to mix things up and try the weekly workout plan. I was not prepared for how jelly my legs would be after this! Definitely not going to be able to go for a run this evening!

Thank you so much Nicole for this great workout. It gives us the perfect amount of push that we need without doing too much. I love cardio but I have learned that my body can't handle too much. I will began to feel a little lightheaded if I overdue it. This gave me the right amount of challenge to get through this workout and feel nice and strong. Girl you are crazy strong! I'm new to your channel and I find you so easy to follow along with and your voice is so soothing! Pilates was scary and intimidating to me, coming from competitive powerlifting, everything has to be tight! But because youre such a personable instructor even through videos, I have hope I will regain some strength and balance in my clicky hips and bad back! I'm 2 weeks in following you and already feel stronger and balanced. Keep it up Nicole!

In the last couple of months I didn't workout because of knee injury, and it was really hard for me to come back to training I felt so unmotivated. i just watched the channel I used to follow and I became tired just from watching. So finally I decided to go back to your workouts and I am so happy it was so good!!! I really felt all my muscles are working hard. I am late but found time to get back on day 2. I loved this and I really feel mentally good and in such a good mood especially after the amazing stretches at the end. She's literally the only person I do pilates with, so fun, and I just love her positive energy. Never thought I would do pilates in my life but she makes it way easier.. although a lot of heat and sweat going on not gonna lie. Just wanted to say THANK YOU 🙏🏼

I always come back doing your workouts bcs I always feel fresh and relaxed after doing it. I really like that feeling and so ended up doing your workout as a routine :) I don't know if other pilates are same as yours but I love your voice, how you instruct, the bg music selection, the exercises you chose, it's somehow relaxing yet it burns. It's like a mixture of yoga and hiit workouts. I do not like hiit workouts bcs they're so explosive and fast, and yoga doesn't burn much and I need something to burn these fats. So when I came across your channel, it felt like a blessing. Please keep doing what you are doing! I'm done with my 2nd day, see you tmr🥳❤️
