I love all these older videos. They were so young and talented. Their style of music evolved Into something so different from any other band. MB fan forever
Another beautiful scenic moody blues performance. Main land Europe loved their classical inspired music it holds up well in bw...thank you for posting appreciated
If you look carefully at Justin's shirt in this video, I'm pretty sure it's the same shirt he wears in the Your Wildest Dreams video nearly 20 years later. He's made comments that he took clothes out of his attic to use in the video and I could swear the shirts are the same.
M Woodthorpe he either took good care of it always dry cleaning it or he bought 17,000 of them to last his career- or lifetime. The Moodies had an affinity for those frilly shirts back in the day.
@@designerlarry M Woodthorpe. You know, those shirts can last for quite some time. :-D I have trousers that are ten years old that I still wear though the zipper is gone. I reckon that shirt is still around, or maybe one of the 17000 other ones. It looks similar to the shirts I have seen him wear in videos of the recent boat cruses. 2015, 16....You get the idea.
I think this is cool to know -- if it is / probably the same shirt. These blokes look slim & skinny which is normal for that age group, like I was in my 20s. But 20 or so years later.....that is the question....unless you keep fit, ha ha, unlike me, ha ha.
Gae Bren this is very dubbed! I would have like the concert they performed at a French small theatre or cafe. I think it was just after they released question of balance and so it was 1970. Half the songs was their singing and playing live and the other half or most of the performance was dubbed with the studio track. But even the live songs they performed had a fade out at the end which made absolutely no sense. Plus the titles just looked so amateurish and out of place. Put the put it in perspective it was French TV, it was 1970, and one of the first times let the fans there were introduced to the Moody blues. So no complaints there, these fans clearly were into the music during their heyday. Just think how even more incredible he would have sounded live and in the studio with the technology they have today.

Hello, do you still have excerpts from the other artists of the Europarty Prague 1968?

It cant be. He was very thin back then. Maybe the shirt tailored.
They seemed a bit underfed at that point ;) Hilarious to see them lipsyncing outside like that.
I have seen photos of him (Justin) around that time. I just wonder if he was anorexic.
WHAT IS R.I.P. ?
Hi Sharon, Ray Thomas passed away on 4th january 2018 .R.I.P simply means 'Rest in Peace'.Take care.
Yep, that is definitely dubbed. John can't screech that loudly without a mic. The French really loved them didn't they. Thank-you for uploading. :-)
