This mobile home is very nice and features everything in a single wide! The manufacturer for this house is Buccaneer Homes. The model for this home is the "Dewey." We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

Sorry, not impressed. No room for a traditional family table. Downsize that big kitchen, could add extra space to those front bedrooms. Move water heater area from inside pantry to utility room, upgrade it to on-demand unit.
Use pantry area for half-bath for guests...
That is a very nice island. Sink, cabinets, seating. If you don't mind sitting that way, it's great.
Replace all carpet with plank flooring and it would be perfect.
As someone who has used the plank, carpet isn't all that bad. Carpet does have some nice advantages.

I would lose the soaker tub in the master bath and make it an extra closet space. easy to make a 2 bedroom with a giant closet... aka craft room space for the quilter. stack the washer and dryer so you have room for a freezer

Those windows make it feel so large. Love this kayout for guest rooms and bath. Make that pantry into a small craft/study. Master bath has shower AND tub. 👌👍👍

Love the single wide homes over doubles. I dont like the fact that there is no place for dining table and chairs. It's just not the same all eating at the bar. Hate that ugly barn door.

I really like this one! I love to entertain, so the kitchen is awesome.
This is very nice. I would change out the shelving in the "pantry" to be hanging storage though as a second closet for the master. The middle bedroom is perfect for a small home office and there is plenty of room at the island to sit 4-6 people when using the ends.
I love trailer homes they have such a bad wrap they are great for the southern states

Nice but not conducive for family conversation as if sittings around a normal family dinning table where actually face each other rather than being in a bar sitting at the bar try to have conversations with someone 2 seats away
It'd be super cool if the manufacturers took advantage of the 13'6" max height and included a loft on each end with high ceilings in the living room and kitchen. This just might be my next design.

I do love the kitchen but you really sacrifice in bedrooms that are already smaller in the first place. Great video. I always love ceiling fans in the living and masterbed rooms.

Lovely kitchen. May be room for a small round table near the couch. Saw a lovely high bar-style one with stools in another home recently. Thought it was awesome. Would happily live in this house with 2-4 kids but I'd want a full-length covered verandah down one side of the house. My place is double this size but doesn't have to be. This would be just fine. Very nice.

Id lose a cabinet or two if I could get a microwave tucked away. Thank you for showing inside the furnace! I have ideas for hanging baskets inside for cleaning rags ect. Id for sure make this a two bedroom if possible and I'd add in pocket doors on everything. Pantry yes but still no freezer space and theres no dining space.. Not crazy about that master closet either.

Really good size kitchen island it’s a good size for the kitchen it doesn’t take up a whole lot of space of the kitchen

It's small but great for a first home small bedrooms! Still a really nice home! Yes the utility room is just in the hallway and I'd put in higher end counters and tower showers too! I love the kitchen however I'd like to put a table in there with a smaller Island to cook on. Just a preference. Having a table is just adding a homey feeling. The price is right even at $150K is good! Thanks Chance!😮

I like the home, a few tweaks. Make it a two bedroom with a second master suite.

Kitchen is the icing for this one. Love the large island. I see trend with the countertops. I don't like it at all. I would want granite or marble or even corin look. Not farm look. I am more of a Modernist and Googie's and Cubism fan. I wish more manufacturers would make those 3 instead of Barnado look. I love the layout because I can use back door as front to split privacy from home based business. See my icon? That is online. Anyway. I would also make into 2 beds home. Knock out walls of those 2 bedrooms into my bedroom. Hey. I am a bachelor! Haha.
Wow!!! Finally a kitchen WITHOUT upper cabinets! A proper ventilation system above the stove. No cupboards or microwave to smack my head on.
The ceiling and all the dark trim makes it look like a trailer house🤭
