It’s lovely, but I think I’d like the hot water heater in a box for safety against people playing with the hoses and wires.

That large front picture window will get cracked from rocks while transporting the trailer.
Where are u located? What is the cost and how is bath rm waste handled? What are the dimensions?
What zoning is required?
Where does the washer / dryer vent to? If ventless, it's too much moisture in the home giving a potential for mold.
Feels a bit closed in. I would have prefered the storage on the same side of the countertops and big huge windows on the other side. The rest of it's nice.
Perhaps weight distribution is the reason they are on opposite walls.
The washer and dryer should be in the bathroom, not the kitchen. That makes it out of sight and less sound.
It has bilateral doors on the washer and dryer cabinets which will buffer the sound & with doors are closed the combo is out of sight. Plus, it’s only 1 STEP(not feet) away from bathroom already, and several feet away from living area and bedroom . Ijs!!!
