In the Camden, I would like to see a spot for a ceiling fan. Also, no smoke or carbon dioxide alarms. Also, no lighting in the living room.
Brighton and Camden have the heating and cooling vents in the floor. Would like those up neat the ceiling so you can safety place furniture in those spots.
Hmm, interesting, there are actually 4 lights In the living room ceiling that light the space nicely when it is dark. Definitely could put a ceiling fan in the living room. There are smoke and co2 detectors in all our builds, I may not have done a good job of showing them.
Yes, we have explored ceiling or wall vents and decided all of our units will have the vents in the floor (unless specifically requested) due to the structure style and also the efficiency. There is less heat loss and easier to heat the home by sending the heat up instead of down. Also, the floor trusses are 18" and accommodate a plenum nicely.
That being said, if it is something specific, we can explore that option for you as we customize to our customers' desires as long as it's reasonable and safe to do so.

❤Both homes look nice I would take some things from one and put it in the other, also the closet in order to hand dresses or anything you would have to take 2 of the lower shelves out. Bathroom I need a bigger bathroom or just a little bigger shower, put the washer dryer in the kitchen. Love 💕 both style of kitchen, need a drawer dishwasher. I have seen some great tiny homes, the one that most impressed me was the one with 3 bedrooms, also seemed very spacious I fell in love immediately. If they had a place here in the U.S.A. I would have been knocking on the door to purchase me one. That’s what I would need, raising 2 grandchildren 🙏🏾🥰🙏🏾🥰🙏🏾
Yeah, for sure! There are a few larger models I will be showing in the next week or 2 with more bedrooms. We also have some with different floorplans that haven't been built yet loft style, etc.
Also, if there is something you want in your home specifically, we will work with you on design and build it!

The closet has not room for hanging clothes like dresses. Those are both small homes. They are not tiny. Dual pane windows would be good for hurricane prone areas
Yes, the closet would require changing the shelves around a little bit to hang dresses.
The Camden is considered a small living home and The Brighton is considered a park model. Did I say tiny? If so, I misspoke.

You talk about vinyl siding like it's so wonderful. Actually, it's NOT eco-friendly at all. Neither are asphalt shingles for that matter. Every new build emits some form of gas for years to come. Should it be natural wood or vinyl (plastic/chemicals)?
OK. That may be true, there are other options for siding and roofing materials, I simply wanted to let you know what the build comes standard with. These models are actually upgraded to hardy board, which is a cement fiber board siding. Other options are available as well! We built them as more of a show home, but we build customer homes to their requests (with in reason.)
