I've been living in a permanently parked 34" 5th wheel RV with 400 sq. Ft. for 6 years. It looks the same inside as these tiny homes and park models. I have loved it the whole time. For a single or a couple this is perfect. Perfect for Seniors, of which I'm one.

Yes! You are correct. It’s not free, the cost to live in an area like this one. I guess what I was trying to say in such a small space to write is the actual “freeing” of our bondage/ties to all the materialistic things we hold on to…the clutter in our lives. Less is best kind of thing. There is sort of a freedom in that sense. You are correct. There will always be cost involved no matter where one lives/resides. Truth, unfortunately.

I grew up in a pink house if a man really loves you you'll have no problem with it play thing is when I moved out my mom changed her house from pink to hunter green
I want something similar for me to live at my sister's house. Here in Canada, we can have something called a 'bunkie', and it does not have to be built according to 'code' as long as it is no more than 100 sq-ft in size at the base, and is not split into two stories (an open loft is okay). And it cannot be on wheels, it cannot be mounted on a trailer as that is not allowed for a permanent residence. So I'm going to build a very lightweight 8ft x 12.5ft micro-home, one where I can jack it up and put it onto a trailer when I need to move it around, but at all other times, it will sit on 6 small concrete blocks.
I'm from North west england in UK , I'd love a tiny home sadly there's hardly any land to put one on😢 I lìve in a terrace house which is small, your very lucky there to have land.

Thank you, for guiding me to the location section of your channel, I found the section on tiny home communities locations. Maybe some of your members could suggest good Park Model communities too. I'd prefer anything west of the front range of the Rockies and south of the snow (lol). For seniors, Nevada has a great tax structure, but I'm having a hard time finding locations of Communities in Southern Nevada. Doe's anyone know of any? Also, along the Colorado River on the AZ side? I am trying soooo hard to do this bc of the market, I’ve been a renter my whole life. (Ha. My mom’s name was Tina). In 2 months. We’re going to be homeless. I have a son still in HS, we can’t afford to leave the area, rent or buy, and this would be the best option for sooooo many people in my situation, we don’t make a fortune, there’s no middle class left… but we can’t find anything where I am. Except a car to sleep in. It won’t sleep 4. I suffer from major depressive disorder, anddd the kicker- i am an agoraphobic, with severe anxiety- a homeless agoraphobic, and the only family member I have that could help. Is just greedy, has gaslit me, blamed me for mental illness (bc I loveeee how my heart races when I have no choice but to get to the doctor. Now someone drives me. Bc I thought I would pass out, and I began having to pull over. I just want a nice small comfy place with the necessities so I can work on myself. I was doing amazing, and then a major life change along with the market happened to me as well.

Ask Jesus into your life he will comfort you and I will pray for you too I know you will make it thru this hard time, also look for used campers that can be fixed up it could help you to have a home of your own, I have a pop-up camper that I'm making it into a hard side so I don't have to worry about leaks and it's a big job but I'm going to do it one step at a time God bless you!

I love it. I’m over 60 now so a partial knee replacement, I can’t do a loft. Also going pee at night two or three times. Great little starter unit. For a young person to gain experience and adventure. Love it. Can someone help me with finding a way to help with getting a tiny community or a few small ones off the ground. I’d love for people to be able to rent to own a bit of the community for security and the community

Lot rent seems height for the lot size. But tinny homes are very popular now, so prices are getting very high for this type of living.
