Just a caution..for those who are not as flexible yet, kindly warm up slowly and DO NOT FORCE yourself just to follow this video. The person in the video doing the asanas is an advanced yogacharini as she is a very flexible. So go slow, dont force yourself forcing yourself would lead to ligament and tendon tears and dislocation. Just do as daily and over time we would become flexible. Remember do not rush. Exploring new places, going outside regularly to look at green and feel sunlight, it stimulates your brain, new dendries(for memory and attention) 3. Meeting new people, share experiences, new culture, new perspective of the world, new knowledge, various attitudes, community events are great to see what people are like Mind becomes richer, you feel so much healthier and happier Rest is also important so don't forget about it! Namakar madam ji. Thanks for The nice tips to enhance blood circulation in the brain. I think sirsasan also could be added for those who could do it against a wall for a few minutes while breathing normally through noses followed immediately by shavasan for 2 minutes.
Tks for getting energised in morning . To my mind thete is still easier technique just walk for only one minute may be two minures with head up and legs straighht. Rjis will energise you. Asan you suggested are very good but to do these asan in morning when you get up is little difficult
Very strictly advising to avoid supportive subtitles which you are discribing, as it blocks the yoga position shown. Either keep it on top of screen or don't give subtitles. Am a follower of you mam.
It is advisable not to practice forward and backward bends within one hour after getting up, it can affect the heart badly, vajrasana and badakonasana without bend is okay, Mudras can help a lot during first hour of morning if done properly even mantras (nutral hmnys) like yogasana mantra etc are helpful
