    Madam, I had two school teachers whom I still revered and remembered; some 8 years ago, i.e., in the year 2014, I took my family to call at the house of that teacher. My love and respect for that teacher made me compelled to call at him. The house was abandoned; I learnt from a shop there that the said sir passed away many years ago. I still have a signature of that sir that had been endorsed in my school copy, and I am l keeping the copy nicely.
    Here I have seen your guidance for keeping our mind healthy. I have cultivated myself to accept in my mind you as my next teacher.
    Thank you for the guidance, and I shall, like my teachers, remember you always.

    Reverend Devi ji.pranam.you are so geat for your noble attempt of yoga learning. I also practices khumbhakin morning & Brahmari with khechadi mudra at night on the bed. But there should be gap minimum two hour after dinner which I must follow according to you from today.you seems as Telgu, Madrasi. Jay Sita Ram.

    Mam just by listening to your words and your beautiful way of explanation has created a lot of hope in myself as I am suffering from stress and anxiety which is affecting me physically like my tongue keeps always burning all the time. I will definitely start with these excercises and I really hope these help me to eliminate the problems I am facing
