Rebecca, Darlene and K, Donna and Fran have such a beautiful relationship that they share on screen and if your mum is no longer, it's quite poignant 💜 I think it's one of the strengths of the videos actually. My mum gone now over eight years and yes, you do miss them 💞
Yes, please do this for your other books! I think it would be interesting to see what you consider the most complicated quilt patterns, too! This was fun…as always!
The comments shared ahead of mine today are a vote of confidence for more videos. As you might hear said in East Texas, "Pretty Please" do make more videos of the easy patterns.!
I would love for you to do the additional “easy” patterns video. I loved the fun comments about needing a quilt made in less than three days - I got a good laugh out of that one. I truly enjoy your videos. Thank you so much for sharing……………………
Yes! Please include Quilts in a Jiffy, I'm working on my 2nd Crossroads quilt currently, and Make It Christmas With 3 Yard Quilts. Enjoyed this video very much, thank you!
I love you quick and easy patterns! and gravitate to "Fabric Cafe" videos every time I search for patterns and ideas. Your patterns are projects I can complete within my time schedule to make quilts. Thank You and keep your patterns coming! Judy in SW Idaho🪡😊💝
Yes, please, continue showing easy patterns! I love Sew Quick as my go-to -easy and fast! I was raised on a farm and we had a plethora of farm animals! Today I still have goats and cats in the barn. Always been a country girl!
I grew up in the city but moved to the country after I got married. We had cows, goats, pigs and chickens. Not anymore but they were fun! Love your quick quilts!!
Yes!!! Please show the easy pattern from each book!!! I love watching y’all show fabric for patterns!!! I also love the imagines of what the quilts will look like!!! I have a problem see the end result in my head - when I’m trying to put fabric together. Love your shows!!!! Thank you!!!
I look forward to the two videos each week as it's my relaxation and pleasure to drool over the gorgeous fabrics and the so simple patterns that make you believe you can do that too 😊💜
I grew up in the city, but had chickens as a little girl and grew up to raise cattle, sheep, goats, chickens, pigs, a wolf and grew some amazing gardens.
Somehow I missed this video of yours (that is Rare!) I watched Part Two of this video and had to come to enjoy this one. Thanks. Looking forward to Part Three
We had a used car parts, auto salvage yard and got two goats to help keep the weeds down. They were much more interested in eating vinyl roofs and the pad under the carpets than the grass. We came home one day and Baby was missing. I heard her hollering at the back of the yard and found her with her head stuck through the taillight opening of a Vega. Who know how long she had been standing there looking in the trunk. It was quite the ordeal to get her out. We also had chickens who would run to the bug zapper every morning for crispy bugs for breakfast. Certainly was entertaining. Great video as always, ladies.
Yes, please, more. Over the years we have had Hereford cows, Morgan horses, a donkey, Belgian teams of work horses, 3 different types of sheep, 4 different types of goats, turkeys, peacocks, a pig, asst. ducks, dogs,,...now-cats, lots of chickens, more than enough rabbits, guinea pigs, goldfish and grandkids! Quick and easy is what I need. Love your books, tutorials and hints but especially like the match maker series.
Love your channel ladies no matter who’s on. Y’all are such neat folks. I’m a country lady from growing up and being from the south. Always look forward to your videos. Thanks again.
Hello Donna and Fran, this is a great video of all the easy patterns. Shown in the books today, I would like to see more of these videos, showing the easy patterns in each one of the books. That would be awesome and the different color combinations of various fabrics to go with it. Thank you for this video.
Yes please show more easy quilts in other books you have written. I love your patterns and ideas and fabric choices. I have made two comfort quilts for extremely ill friends. I found perfect patterns in your books to make their quilts fast and beautiful. And now they are much loved and giving comfort and peace to my two friends. Thank you for all you do and sharing your creativity.
I have had pygmy goats. I loved them. But coyotes moved in and we had to sell them. I now have lionhead rabbits. Country girl I am. Love quilting almost as much as my farm animals . Love your 3 yard quilts
What is beautiful about these 3 year quilts is that if you don't have a long arm or have anyone that has one these are just the right size to stitch in the ditch with your sewing machine.
Really liked all your choices for easy patterns and the fabrics are stunning, would love to see your pick from the rest of your books on the easiest patterns 😊
Thank you both for the video for half square triangles as I’m nerve about cutting my very first one. I’m a new beginner in sewing quilts and I become so doubtful on cutting the half square triangles. Thanks ladies, so glad you talked about the half square triangles.
I have several of your books, they are great. You asked about farm animals. I grew up on a farm so we had pigs, chickens, cows, even had a horse and a couple of goats at one time.
Love this video. What I like the most is you showing how the quilt comes together starting with the blocks to the end with the colors you chose. I have trouble picking color combos. Including the enlargement options is awesome. Yes more would be nice especially if you took a couple patters with three different color options for the quilt maybe light medium and dark.
I Love your books. Some of them i have. 😊 And every top i Made in Just one day. The Last one, Lightning , i Made for a Christmas Gift for my son . He Love IT. ITS a little Bit short 😅 the next one i must take two yard of each colour🫠 Thank you all for your great inspiration Tutorials. ❤❤❤
I have all your books, so would love more videos on what are the easiest/fastest quilts to make as lately I prefer a quick project.🤗 BTW, something I would also appreciate is that in future books a note could be made indicating which patterns are not suitable for directional fabrics. I am not as sharp as I used to be, and I am sure I am not the only one!
I make Quilts for our local Quilts of Valor chapter and your 3 yard quilt patterns are great for a red white & blue palate. I do increase the size so that they measure approximately 60 by 72. Thank you for another great video!
This was such a fun video. Love all the kits so much. We currently have 6 chicks that are 4 weeks old. Growing so quickly. Will have to make the quilt you showed. 🐔 You ladies look so pretty and springy today. Thanks for a wonderful time. Luv u both 💚
I did the Jacob's Ladder and, yes, it was easy, as long as you remembered to keep the dark part of the 4 patch quilt laying in the same direction. It turned out beautiful. I made it in the king size (using 4 kits) and it fits my sleigh bed perfectly.
Raised goats and chickens when our kids lived at home. Now we live in a small town but our oldest still is raising goats and the other daughter has chickens and cows.
I grew up with pigs, daddy raised chickens to sale, had a milk cow named Bossy, so yes, I have lots of experiences with farm animals! Oh man, when Bossy would get into the green onions, IT WAS BAD!! and Bossy was the only cow we had, so we drank the milk, because that was all we had!!
You two make me long to be with my mom. She passed in 2007. I miss her terribly. You are so fortunate to still have each other 💕
Same with me.
Me too. Mine passed in 2018 and I still miss her everyday. 😢
Rebecca, Darlene and K, Donna and Fran have such a beautiful relationship that they share on screen and if your mum is no longer, it's quite poignant 💜 I think it's one of the strengths of the videos actually. My mum gone now over eight years and yes, you do miss them 💞
I feel the exact same way. My mom's been gone 30 years. I feel I missed out on so much.
@@karin0963 Mine has been gone almost that long as well and she was very creative. We had such fun together.
You two are so blessed to have each other! Such good friends! I love watching you together AND I love the ideas you put together! So beautiful! ❤️
