Hello everyone! I would like to say thank you for joining me this month. I have loved every single workout and along with walking it has been really enjoyable. I hope you have enjoyed the variety and just how shorter duration workouts can provide so much when performed properly. A quick and effective workout doesn’t need to be fast paced and all go but actually incorporating compound movements with structured rest and isolation towards the end is a perfect way to stimulate those muscles. I started looking for RUclips workouts over a year ago. I stumbled on Caroline’s channel, and it didn’t take long for me to figure out that her channel was a keeper. I hopped onto a golden path, and I knew I wouldn’t need to come back.
🔥🔥🔥!! That BURNED! Intense, great workout. I had to stop several times to let my abs rest! 👊🏻 My lower abs are definitely weaker than my upper abs but they have still improved by leaps and bounds! I love the 4x4 format so much. The burn just continues to intensify throughout! Yet another workout to revisit time and time again. Did the Christmas Cardio today along with this 🥵🥵! I feel so festive now😉😁🎄 ! Thanks Caroline! See you guys tomorrow for the finale!
This is my first and best Advent Calendar. Caroline is able to intensify 20 min and make you give your all. There is so much hard work behind these videos, all is so well done and just perfect. Caroline, you're our 🎁. The most precious.

My usual Thursday routine is Carolines 45 minutes Kettlebell work out, followed by an Caroline abs session this one was perfect. Now my favourite workout Epic 1 day 50. Love Thursdays 🥰

@@Nishuchoudhary226 hi how are you doing, I incorporate ab excercise at least once or twice a week. Diet plays a huge role to get rid of belly fat, we need calorie deficit. Hopefully this helps.

I have been working out for as long as I can remember and for a long time I did just cardio, running and HIIT workouts thinking that its the most efficient way to become stronger.Oh Boy, I was wrong, I haven't been following you for a long time but the past two months that I have, I have gotten stronger and leaner thanks to you. I am not afraid of weights and I don't feel the need to do just 1hr long cardio all the time because I can see the change by following your effective videos which. I absolutely enjoy your workouts, they make me feel and look stronger and I love it. After every workout I am really proud of myself for finishing them! Thank you for helping us to become better versions of ourselves xx

Thank you for your kind and warm wishes for the holidays. This is a crazy burner! My abs were on fire and I was so pleased it was only 12 minutes. I saw that 500 rep cardio is an add-on and I laughed, thinking to myself that Caroline really wants to give so many opportunities to do this session again. I instead did yesterday's tricep session, which was ferocious, overhead tricep extensions always get me and chilled cardio. Great after a rest day! Hope you are having an amazing session and see you tomorrow for a full body burner. Can't wait!

Another burner! I’ll keep this one on repeat. Loved it! I add a small Pilates ball between ankles and knees to get that pelvic floor super activated and some hip addiction for those inner thighs. Super effective workout! Thank you!!

Starting in a while..just waiting for my sister to finish up her workout. She's doing Epic3. Looking forward to hitting the abs for stronger core. We've Got this! Enjoy! 😆👊 Done✔️. Intense Abs sesh! I just did this one again after an EPIC HIIT workout. I wanted to do extra abs, but as that HIIT was a long one with some abs, 12 minutes was enough. So great that there are soooo many workouts from Caroline to choose from when I cannot go to the gym for whatever reason. Always a perfect workout for what I need and can do that day!

Liked it before but never shared why: it doesn't have a bunch of variety, but doing 4x of the same 4 allows you to really focus on being careful with form and getting the burn! Perfect 12 min!!!❤🔥🙏
Phew! This was no joke. I added this on to D10 of the IRON series which was a back and biceps session. Somehow I got my wires crossed and wound up doing cardio yesterday, so I kind of had to wing it today. Glad I did though: this was probably as challenging as it was a year ago. I really should lean into the growth and discomfort of direct abs training. Maybe that will be my goal for 2023🙃 Thanks for another great session, Caroline! Much love from South Africa
I just finished 2 of the 20-minute Christmas workouts and I feel great. Not so good tomorrow but I'm enjoying while I can lol thank you Caroline. You're awesome!
I couldn't figure out why these movements felt so familiar to me, and then I checked and realised this is the second time this week that I've done this one😅😂 It was still chaleneging and I still took many breaks, but I really tried to focus on mind muscle connection, form and muscular contraction during the moevemnts (even if I did less reps). Longing for the day when this feels easier, but also glad to see progress in small ways. Thanks, Caroline! You are a star. Much love from South Africa

It’s nice to have the shorter workouts cause I don’t do 45 -1 hr workouts HIIT are to much on my neck and spine with spondylolthesis I have to be careful what I do so I don’t hurt for 3 days after! But like we say listen to your body and do what works for you! You are a very smart and creative person with all your different exercises you put together! I did this on a divan so I'd have something to hold on to and I was finally able to do full range of motion for these workouts. One of these days I wouldn't need assistance anymore ☺️
Only 12 mins but so good. Yes, keeping lower back pressed into ground is EVERYTHING with this workout. From second set of leg lowers onwards, the burn starts to kick in. A keeper!

This is a crazy burner! My abs were on fire and I was so pleased it was only 12 minutes. I saw that 500 rep cardio is an add-on and I laughed, thinking to myself that Caroline really wants to give so many opportunities to do this session again. I instead did yesterday's tricep session, which was ferocious, overhead tricep extensions always get me and chilled cardio. Great after a rest day!

Another burner! I’ll keep this one on repeat. Loved it! I add a small Pilates ball between ankles and knees to get that pelvic floor super activated and some hip addiction for those inner thighs. Super effective workout!

I just did this one again after an EPIC HIIT workout. I wanted to do extra abs, but as that HIIT was a long one with some abs, 12 minutes was enough. So great that there are soooo many workouts from Caroline to choose from when I cannot go to the gym for whatever reason. Always a perfect workout for what I need and can do that day!
These 12 minutes abs workouts are perfect because we can incorporate them with the 20 minutes workouts easily. Loved it! Thank you!

Liked it before but never shared why: it doesn't have a bunch of variety, but doing 4x of the same 4 allows you to really focus on being careful with form and getting the burn! Perfect 12 min!!!❤🔥🙏
Phew! This was no joke. I added this on to D10 of the IRON series which was a back and biceps session. Somehow I got my wires crossed and wound up doing cardio yesterday, so I kind of had to wing it today.
Glad I did though: this was probably as challenging as it was a year ago. I really should lean into the growth and discomfort of direct abs training. Maybe that will be my goal for 2023🙃

I just finished 2 of the 20-minute Christmas workouts and I feel great. Not so good tomorrow but I'm enjoying while I can lol thank you Caroline. You're awesome!
I couldn't figure out why these movements felt so familiar to me, and then I checked and realised this is the second time this week that I've done this one😅😂
It was still chaleneging and I still took many breaks, but I really tried to focus on mind muscle connection, form and muscular contraction during the moevemnts (even if I did less reps).
Longing for the day when this feels easier, but also glad to see progress in small ways.

It’s nice to have the shorter workouts cause I don’t do 45 -1 hr workouts HIIT are to much on my neck and spine with spondylolthesis I have to be careful what I do so I don’t hurt for 3 days after! But like we say listen to your body and do what works for you! You are a very smart and creative person with all your different exercises you put together! I did this on a divan so I'd have something to hold on to and I was finally able to do full range of motion for these workouts. One of these days I wouldn't need assistance anymore ☺️

Only 12 mins but so good. Yes, keeping lower back pressed into ground is EVERYTHING with this workout. From second set of leg lowers onwards, the burn starts to kick in. A keeper!
