    Alright fellas, the day has finally come. I have officially reached my goal weight for this bulk, 205 pounds fasted in the morning, after 16 months of consistent bulking. The video you see on the screen is from this morning right after I stepped out of the shower, and as you can see from this chart I started my bulk at a mere 166 pounds in August of last year, and gradually gained about 2-3 pounds a month, very slowly, very consistently all the way up to today where I finally hit my goal weight, 40 pounds later. 6 servings of peanut butter per day, multiple bowls of beef, multiple bowls of rice, 4 scoops of protein powder, honestly the protein powder probably wasn’t super necessary, but I mean can you really turn down myprotein’s gingerbread protein powder for quick and easy calories, I don’t think so. Plus I get it for free and you can for 40% off, so I’m gonna continue fucking downing this. But anyway, for the next 2 weeks, until the end of the year, the plan is to maintain this weight until January 1st, where my first official minicut will commence. During that entire month of January, the goal is to shred 25 pounds to get all the way back to 185, so that come February, I can start another year long bulk until 2025, to get all the way back up to 220. Then from there I will do a proper cut to shred all of my fat and finally get back to being lean and looking sick, this time with significantly more muscle.
