I watched one video two weeks ago and by the end of that video I was a fan some of the best rock music I've heard in a very long time my opinion they are amazing as far as rock music goes for me they changed the game along with a few others
I'll say secret. Hirose-san's skill on the toms ties together this back and forth between bass and guitar flawlessly, and then brings everything to an end with a wonderful crescendo. I just wish we saw more of the smiles and acknowledgement between MISA, Kanami and Akane as they bring it back to the song. That brief glimpse of Kanami's smile is priceless.
That's my favorite Band-Maid moment. Both girls go back and give Akane props for her part in that segway, which is often overlooked but priceless. Just shows how tight this band is.
Kanami and Misa just OWN the stage anyways and this is no exception. Kanami has this sort of teasing silly smile that she flashes at the other girls on stage. She just a freakin’ rock star all day long.
GREAT REACTION, FROM THE FIRST TIME I SAW THIS LIVE "DON'T TELL ME" I LOVE THE WAY IN WHICH MISA AND KANAMI INTERACT . THANK YOU FOR GIVING YOU THE OPPORTUNITY TO REACT ^ - ^
It needed saving I was so bored with it and I grew up on Metallica I was so bored I found them on Tik-Tok of all places along with Babymetal two different bands love both sounds
I've seen them live Twice, once in the UK, once in Japan, and MISA is in all Caps because both crowds constantly chanted MISA MISA MISA MISA MISA MISAAAAAAAAAA
MISA MISA MISA! Some might argue that the finish in Play! LIVE is more dramatic, or that the Battle in 'Take Me Higher' LIVE is better. But I will always disagree. In the other Battle, Kanami is the clear winner. But the only winner in this battle is the audience.
Good to see you reacting to The Maids. Hey you have to have more Band Maid though. Rinne,Bubble,Daydreaming for MV's. Real Existence live. Kanami goes wild in London plus Moriatorium after. She goes wild alright. Solo solo in small gigs sound soooo good. In a stadium,it would sound ammaazzzing!! Then there's Anemone in acoustic form for a brilliant Kanami resonance guitar and emotional vocal from Saiki. Shows the diversty that makes The Maids so different and unique.
I would say it's about completely opening up to intimacy. She says to "tell me a secret", which makes me think that she wants to know something that no one else knows about her lover as a sign that there is full trust in one another.
I don't know precisely why MISA insists that her name be spelled out in capitals (or for that matter why she keeps her surname a secret) but it certainly helps to make her memorable.
@@borntraitor289 correct answer. Very common name in Japan. Besides she has earned that stylized spelling. She is among the very best bass players on the planet today.
I don't remember which song it was, but at a concert in Germany they started a song with a tapping battle between MISA and Kanami. Tapping a bass is beyond difficult.
@Michael Harlan … for the MISA tapping intro (CLANG) please check out: ruclips.net/video/yWGuBX7q0aA/видео.html p.s.: I was in Hamburg... what a glorious evening!
if you haven't already done so, you may wish to check out some of Fami's 5 string bass videos - Japanese girl that goes off! This is her channel, seems like a sweet kid ruclips.net/channel/UClb3hP4Oc5hcN_3UjvJMIpw
Haha, yeah! Glad you liked it! The entire concert is a great experience. Sadly, I'm unable to see them on their tour right now, but they know how to put on a show. Thanks for the reaction!
Nice reaction. I just found out about Band Maid this summer. Like them so much that I'm going to their concert in NYC tomorrow. Can't wait! The first song I heard from them was "Take Me Higher" and I was hooked. The back and forth between the bass and guitar on the solos is awesome! I actually like it better than the back and forth here. Though this is good too. It may be because MISA is slapping her bass on most of that one. You should do a reaction to it. You're going to like it. ruclips.net/video/vFyYiPDZzdw/видео.html
Saiki starts out exhorting the crowd to get up and move. Her voice is incredible. "Love me, love me, love me, hey boy. Give me, give me, give me hey joy. Die for you."-Saiki. There ain't no better or more talented hard rock band anywhere on the planet today. And l will confirm that for you Monday night at the Echoplex in LA. Regards from Sacramento.
Initially and mistakenly labeled a metal band by some in the past they really are hard rock but they do have a few songs that can certainly be considered metal like Moritorium and Clang for example. IMO the band's most metal song to date is Screaming. You probably noticed that this band is even better live than recorded and that is certainly true but Screaming is the exception due to one simple fact. Played live Akane double pumps the bass drum throughout the entire song. However in the album release they have triple tracked her double bass pump. That just simply cannot be reproduced live unless you add another drummer or your drummer has three arms and four legs. Sacramento loves Band-Maid and so do l. See ya at the Echoplex.
Band Maid are pretty good. I also like Mary's Blood and Ningen-Isu, which have all been recent Japanese band discoveries for me. If you haven't already, check them out. You should also check out the Mexican band, The Warning. They are 3 young sisters who are really good! Could you do a reaction to "The Gathering - Travel", please? ruclips.net/video/N3WnLSpUs3s/видео.html Cheers!
Hey man. We are releasing a symphonic metal opera album next month and it would be awesome to get your reaction to our first single '3-2-1'. You can find it on our channel!

I loved seeing MISA swing that BATTLEAXE! She OWNS that instrument's SOUL!
I literally just got back from seeing them live. They are absolutely astounding.

Talent exploding. Love Band-Maid.
did you see the joy on their faces while battling the guitars...awesome))) they enjoyed themselves as much as us witnessing that masterpiece...
Who won the battle? We the BANDMAID fans did.....These girls are flat out ROCK STARS.
SHRED ON LADIES.....
I get shivers every time I see this. Epic performance.
Rock stars the whole damm band!!!

And this is how five Japanese women dressed as maids will save Rock n Roll.
It needed saving I was so bored with it and I grew up on Metallica I was so bored I found them on Tik-Tok of all places along with Babymetal two different bands love both sounds
Saw live😎😎😎😇😇😇🥰🥰🥰absolutely the best band of today on the planet, run to see them 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
There are quite a few Misa's out there, but only one MISA. That's why it's all caps!
MISA MISA MISA!
MISA!!! MISA!!! MISA!!!! I get to see them again in a few days
I'll drink to that!
I've seen them live Twice, once in the UK, once in Japan, and MISA is in all Caps because both crowds constantly chanted MISA MISA MISA MISA MISA MISAAAAAAAAAA
A FREAKING MEN to that! That is why I have my custom MISA MISA MISA shirt. :D

@T Zero The only reason Kanami "Wins" is because she cheats and breaks out the Wah Wah pedal, everybody loves a little Wah Wah
We love Band Maid !!!!!!!!!!!!!!😍😍😍😍😍
power stance Mincho
MISA stands for "MISA Is So Awesome" -- it is a recursive acronym. Well, that is my head canon anyway.
The Barefoot Assassin!!
Best female band in the world
Best band in the world!
MISA vs. Mincho. MISA is fire on bass, probably the best since Jaco Pastorius, and Kanami is the reincarnation of SRV, Henrix, and Johnny Winter.

Easy answer, because she's the one and only MISA! :D
Because she is MISA!! The Bass Assassin!!! 🤘❤️🤘
Somewhat common among Japanese artists/celebs
Maybe she is real hime-sama or related to the imperial house?.....
@@borntraitor289 correct answer. Very common name in Japan. Besides she has earned that stylized spelling. She is among the very best bass players on the planet today.
Misa and Kanami have a duel... we win.
If you like the bass vs lead guitar battles listen the "offset" MISA and Kanami really go hard, well worth the listen.
Onset.
Thanks MLP!

If you like skilled musicians doing awsome trade-off's I would suggest Versailles - Faith and decision (live at Budokan).
Sadly, they've taken out these bass/guitar battles in the US tour arrangements. Thus far anyway.
waaaaaaaaaaa
next React to LOVEBITES - Shadowmaker or Rising ..... they have almost the same level as the Band Maid but more power metal
Hey man. We are releasing a symphonic metal opera album next month and it would be awesome to get your reaction to our first single '3-2-1'. You can find it on our channel!
React to “Adrenochrome “ or “ come for me” by nick nittoli
please anyone.. what is that bass tone!??? or what is her setup for bass!
always pick the live version with the most views
Check out the drummer and bass player, they have some better songs that really show their skills. Along with the Lead
