Actually all gotei captains and even people who are under them go into hell, because they have such a high reishi amount that it can’t be taken back into the soul society so they have to go hell when they die even if they are good

The only one that cared about him was Lilottoto (one of the bambies little girl with yellow hair). After his defeat by zaraki, tokinada aura and seinosuke were working to make hikone. During the war, Tokinada stole gremmys brain and put it into hikone. Later on, the rest of the bambies are revealed to have survived and once lilottoto finds out what happened to gremmy she got angry and attacked hikone. After that Shuhei achieved bankai and defeated hikone and became his New teacher. Hikone now lives in soul society. So maybe in hell arc we get to see sternritter return and hikone interact with lilottoto

Souls can't go to hell, except for captains. The rest reincarnate into a new body. So Tokinada won't be going to hell
