You know, I love Gon's rage scene, if for no other reason than the music took a different route them most "epic rage" soundtracks. However, Pitou's comment about how she is glad he used his power up to kill her rather than the Ant King, and how cool the fight between Netero and Meruem was, I'd love to see an alternate reality where super-Gon fought the Ant King. That would definitely be a battle for the ages.

Nope, original is better for many reasons. For example, you get a nuance that isn't just possible to get in English: the speech patterns between Goku, Gohan, and Goten. It's the same VA when the 3 are kids, but you can clearly tell them apart by how they speak, something that is impossible in English because there is no way to translate it. All the nuances are lost in English. Another example is the fact that Goku's voice is always high pitched except when he's serious and/or angry. Some of the best examples are the SSJ1 and SSJ3 transformations. Gohan's voice is the same but not to the same extent. In English, their voices are always low so the contrast isn't as obvious.

It's a really fleeting detail that when obito and kakashi are together that it awakens the mangekyo sharigan bc they have both obito's eyes but that's not why it's beautiful its beautiful bc while obito's rage for rin and the awakening makes him super powerful and everything on the other side it's makes kakashi pass out by absorbing what little Chakra he had left avaliable just that fact that at this time he couldn't control his Chakra while using the sharigan so his inexperienced with it cause him to pass out right when the blows started landing so if had just stayed awake he could've saved obito from going back to madara

But when TeamFourStar did that episode of Dragon Ball Z Abridged they got a whole new artist to sing the song in English. Perfect homage.

I definitely agree Goku going SS1 is the most iconic. Wish they had showed it as the American dub from back in the day. The whole music and editing in the old American dub was top tier. 👍 Think maybe, just maybe.....top three should have included Naruto's first transformation fighting Haku was it??? What was dope about that was the original Japanese version had both top tier music and pacing. Also, IMHO, should have included Future Trunks going SS1 just after Future Gohan's death. From an iconic standpoint, think that was pretty underrated.
