Inner School age mediation - I've taken the words in the inner school age meditation from John Bradshaw's book Homecoming and created an audio guided meditation so that you can relax and simply listen to the words.⁠⠀

If you grew up in an religious environment like mine you may have been taught that meditation is some how evil, sinful or anti-God... I've since learned that this is not the case.⁠.
This guided meditation is simply a tool on our inner child healing journey. This meditation takes us back to our school age developmental stage so that we can take control and give ourselves the loving reparenting that we need.⁠⠀
