Thanks Nicole. This combo felt good, calming and achievable, in that I can incorporate into my daily spiritual/stretching regime. I particularly enjoyed the voo breath and I will incorporate more reps into my routine.
Thanks for the feedback and so glad you love the voo breath. I LOVE the voo breath too. Even just pausing to do it a few times a day feels great, I like to do it when I get into the car :)
So glad the algorithm worked in my favor. Im in the process of healing from a chronic illness and "somatics" is a huge buzzword in that healing/polyvagal community. But i never understood exactly what to do or when to do it. Thank you for the guidance!
I'm glad you liked the practice. It is such a buzzword! My advice is find what feels good to you, go slow, and stay present to your experience :)
