    How does this series not have hundreds of thousands of views? RUclips algorithm needs to pick this up ASAP. Great content

    just got into this swap series and congrats bro, so much hard work and such a tough result it’s so sick. Idk about that head tho, pushing the car would be nerve racking.

  • @Candybuiltsi
    @Candybuiltsi Год назад

    Hey you should port that head before you slap it on since it has to happen already. Guess porting those heads in Fk8 s can open up like 100hp pretty crazy

    • @gavindanitz
      @gavindanitz  Год назад

      There’s no benefit. Fuel is the most difficult part.

    • @Candybuiltsi
      @Candybuiltsi Год назад

      @@gavindanitz I mean there is definitely benefit. I’ve literally talked to fk8 owners with ported heads (jsr engines in Covina ca to be exact) and with supporting fuels mods they jump from around 500whp to 600whp. All depends on your goals I guess.

    Love the update! As far as the axles go I feel like you should just try to get your money back and go somewhere else...

    Congrats man… success and good things never come easy. Excited to see it all come together. I know with enough money almost anything is possible but is it even reasonably feasible to swap over the CTR dual axis front suspension?

    • @gavindanitz
      @gavindanitz  Год назад +1

      It is a reasonable option depending on how you price it out and what parts are available

    Hey Gavin I was just looking back on one of your old videos and you said you had to have custom axles but is that not the case anymore. Could you use regular type R axles?

    • @gavindanitz
      @gavindanitz  Год назад +1

      I order custom axles months ago but I still haven’t got them. I’m borrowing them from Tony. You can only use type r axles if swap the entire suspension

    Nice! Seems like its it nearing the end here its been a pretty great series man congrats and best of luck with the rest of it. FYI JB weld is going to hold forever giving the temps that motor will be making near the exhaust housing would have been a differnt story
