People, please realize that there are many tiers of quartz movement. The movement they use in these Movado watches are very high quality ETA quartz movement and not the same as those found in Tissot watches. They are in the same league as the likes of Longines or Rado. Please don't these are "just" quartz movement watches.
Giang, Tissot makes a better watch and movement than Movado. Movado being in the league of Longines is not true at all. Tissot is closer to Longines than Movado. Don’t mistake price for quality. Movado’s prices aren’t justified in their movements. Movado makes a quality piece, yes, but not at the price they’re charging. Don’t forget, they have to pay for those billboards, celebrity endorsers, and other marketing efforts. Comes out of your pocket as long as you’re a buyer.

Maybe Wikipedia could have been your friend before you posted that it's a "genuine diamond" at the top. First, it doesn't even look like a diamond. Second, per Wiki, "The watches are known for their signature metallic dot at 12 o'clock and minimalist style." Anyway, I have 3 Movados, the first purchased in 1996 and they all still look modern and beautiful.
The Museum Watch that's actually desirable is the one with the Eta 2892 automatic movement with exhibition back. And yes they did make mechanical versions. I've got one.

It’s not a diamond at the 12 o’clock it’s a concave dot meant to represent the sun at high noon. I like it because of the simple uncluttered dial. I would really like to know how long you’ve had this and how long the battery lasted?

Avg. Joe Watch Reviews. Very nice review. Can I ask what’s the reference number of this Movado? There’s a few very similar models such as Masino, noticed the bracelet it’s not mixed brushed and high polished.
Also just noticed how the crown is very well protected with the shoulders on this watch. I wish my similar Luno Sport had either a smaller crown (because we only have to set these watches once every 5 years) or the crown shoulders this one has.
No screws or keeper on crappy looking bracelet, no WR, quartz and 900 bucks. Where do I sign. Lol I just got an Oris divers 65 for less. Also have a steinhart 39mm double red with 300mWR, REALLY nice screw link taper bracelet and and eta movement for half this.
There’s definitely much concern with counterfeits on eBay. You definitely have to do your due diligence and really dig deep on the reviews of the seller. I’ve noticed that if a seller has zero reviews and are selling a luxury piece at a unbelievable price, it’s a scam. Just look up Rolex and you’ll see some really good prices and then you’ll see zero feedback from a particular seller for example.

Movado isn't faked often if at all. If you remove the rear and notice your movement is labeled "Ronda" or "ETA", you're good to go.
