Thank you for the most interesting history of this iconic watch company. I was given the museum watch by the love of my life 33 years ago after we saw it hanging in the Museum of Modern Art, New York City. I cherish the gifted watch to this day. Cheers, Brad Bradley

Its always nice when someone explores the roots of a watch brand. You have missed out on something though - as Movado was owned by Zenith for some years during the 1980ies, marketing the museum watch under the brand Zenith Movado. Very nice watches from that period by the way. I think you need to include that part of the story to paint a full picture of Movados history.

Mi primer reloj me lo regalo mi cuñado. Es un movado series800. Tengo 3 años con el 3 años. Ahora tengo collection de diferente marcas pero movado siempre sera mi favorito por q fue mi primer reloj

Movado is what got me into watches 20 years ago. It was the first watch I purchased when I got my first job with my own money. I still have my Movado Meza and I still love it funny thing though is that it is my least worn watch 😂 yet it’s my favorite. My everyday beater is an ESQ that I bough 19 years ago. I’ve purchased many other brands ever since. The Museum watch will always be a favorite of mine. 🫡
