i have been practicing yoga for 5 years, following along with several yogis youtube. i love every instructor. however, this is my first flow i've done off your channel and i think it's my favorite i've ever done. you are an amazing teacher! you have such creative sequences, lots of stretching integrated but you also challenge us quite a bit. i'm sweaty but not out of touch with my breath and body. keep doing what you're doing! you are impacting lives for the better!
