I LOVED this one! Such an amazing full-body workout. My glutes and legs/thighs were super engaged and burning, and my abs were engaged throughout the entire workout and HURT. THANK YOU, TANA!

Absolutley LOVED this interesting, unconforming sequence of postures! It was such a great workout, while making it fun and reminding me to enjoy this moment; not take myself so seriously. Removing the rigidness that daily life puts on me in routine really helps to start this day on a lighter foot. Loved the standing split switch-hops to work towards a handstand; very neat and enjoyable, yet still challenging. Thank you so much! 🙏💖

For some reason, I instinctively knew there would be handstand the moment I hit play. I had pure joy when it happened and couldn't stop smiling the rest of the flow. Your transitions challenge me to do more while still being playful ❤. Overall, this flow made me happy!

Hi tana! Looove your flows. But.... I do notice the editing cuts in your videos are a bit choppy. It felt like there are few seconds missing in certain positions. Is that intentional?
