Thank you for sharing this. I have been in love with the moss stitch since I made my first scarf with it after rediscovering crochet in my late 30's. This does give the stitch such a unique look and my brain is now on overload for all the things I can make with this stitch. I will also be hitting up the rest of this play list because, to be honest, as much as I love the look of the moss stitch, it was getting kind of boring. I have made hats, granny squares, granny rectangles, wash cloths, dish cloths, scarfs and many tops, blankets and cardigans with the moss stitch, but I felt like I had used it to death. 😂 So thank you again for bringing the spark back into my love for the moss stitch again! 🤣🤣🤣❤❤❤
@@Makayla0906 it depends on the hook size and yarn weight, but a good starting point for me is 76 chains. A baby blanket should start around 30”, so I would take the yarn and hook you have chosen and chain 76 and then measure to see where you are at.
This tutorial would have looked better if you had used 2️⃣ different colored yarns to appreciate the difference in the #crochet #herringbonestitch...👉🏻 🥰 👈🏻
This is a great new stitch to learn. Thank you for taking the time to share it with us.
@@jessmckenzie5536 aww! Thank you!!!
