I have always had the fear of God in me about going to jail or prison. I'm claustrophobic anyway, But I also know how easy it is to get caught up in the wrong place at the wrong time. I use to preach it to my kid's. 4 of my own and 4 step. But listening to Christina has me more paranoid now then I was when I was younger. I'm 65 yrs old!! Wow she'd be a great prevention class taught in schools. 😊😍

i hate this!!! i used to smoke but i would never do this. and now that i’m pregnant, i really hate people smoking around me. just don’t smoke around people in general.
@@trinalenay3525 It should be common sense. My mother used to smoke in the house and in the car. If I coughed, she would yell at me. She wonders why I have asthma now. 🙄
You ever been smoking WITH someone and you just exhale and the smoke dances around the room and naturally flows their direction and they get heated? That grinds my gears

What Christina says about the treatment of other inmates or even guards towards people who harmed children is worldwide. I live in europe and i'm a security guard at the time. During a lesson we had at school our teacher, a retired policeman told us that prison has it's own "rules" about the treatment towards those people and the reason of this happening?That child who was harmed could be an inmate's child who is more vulnerable since it's parent is away, incarcerated.
I wanna see Christina as an actual Grandma. Like when her kids have kids. She'll be so adorable 😍.
I was given a verbal list of rules/suggestions to follow/consider before I went to jail. Most of them you've already covered, but there were two things I didn't hear you speak of:
1. Always make your bed when you leave it. Other inmates will make their beds (not sure if inmates are instructed to do so, or if it's just a thing), so they don't appreciate seeing someone that doesn't. I'm hardcore about making my bed at home, but some people (esp people being incarcerated for their first time) are so stressed that making your bed could be the last thing on your mind when you wake up in jail. If a person doesn't make their bed at home, they will in county (not sure if that applies to every county jail, and wouldn't know when it comes to prison).
2. When a person gets a food tray, (whether you're allergic to any of the food, or if you simply just cannot eat certain things), do not throw any of it away. Always offer leftover food to anyone who's willing to take it. I've seen quite a few fights over this. (Kind of goes hand in hand w/ the rule you mentioned about giving all of your stuff away, but this is expected after every tray you're given.)
You covered the most important ones, but I was wondering if you experienced the other two by chance?

How your channel came up in my feed I dont know. Glad I found it. I'm a old grandma and can honestly say in 60 years I've never even had a speeding ticket. Thank God above cause I doubt I could survive prison life. It makes my heart happy to know your life is changed around. You are beautiful and smart and your stories can and will help someone else. Too bad you cant travel around to schools and talk. Have you thought about it? I didnt know at my age how horrible prison was. I'd you could touch some troubled teens by talking it would be amazing. I can't even imagine having to have one leg out of my pants incase someone runs up on me while trying to take a poop. I dont think I'd be even able to "release" because I'd be all tensed up ready to fight or dart outta there.
