I remember struggling to focus, fast heart rate, and just wanting to go home. You can definitely get better, it takes alot off work, positive thinking, breathing, patience.

So that "smell" attraction you are describing is called pheromones. Our strongest sense is our sense of smell. I learned this while taking a marriage and family life class in college. I once had a guy that I was so crazy attracted to and I couldn't figure out why, especially since physically he wasn't my type - & this was the first guy I looked at and said, "ugh, I just want to bang him!" 🤣 I never had that kind of (sexual) draw to someone before...
So when I learned about this, it was explained that your sense of smell is your "strongest sense" and that will draw you to someone more than looks, personally, or anything else! And most of the time you won't realize it, they won't necessarily SMELL like something you love. Which proves how crazy sensitive this particular sense is. So the fact that you love the smell of your husband's scalp is understandable & you're very lucky you are so attracted to him in that way! So no, you are not crazy. LOL What you are describing is perfectly NORMAL! 😁
